Imagine staying in our luxury 2br 2bath loft condo within 5 min walk to ALL downtown Indy event venues, including Bankers Life Field house, Convention Center, Lucas Oil Stadium, Circle Center Mall, Monument Circle and many more. You'll be able to step outside and walk to dozens of restaurants, pubs, and entertainment establishments. Our modern luxury loft condo is located right on Georgia Street - Indy's only pedestrian boulevard, located in the heart of the downtown Indy.

After a busy day visiting downtown Indy, come back to relax and enjoy our spacious 2 br 2ba loft condo, featuring open concept space with classic ultra high ceilings, huge windows, and brick wall interior. Well furnished, clean and comfortable, we provide all the comforts of home, including free Netflix, a Keurig coffee maker and complimentary microwave popcorn. Also, unique to our condo building is a first-floor restaurant/pub, carry-out pizza joint, and convenience store (open 'til 1am on weekends). We also offer free access to our secured fitness center (see photo).

This is a private condo unit within a secured access condo building. Guests will have full access and use of the unit 24 hours a day. You can come and go as you like, and there 's an electronic door lock, so there's no keys to worry about. It is likely you won't see me during your stay, which allows you more privacy and convenience. However, i'm here anytime if you need to reach out. If you need anything or have questions, just message me via Airbnb and I'll be quick to respond.

Guests have free use of our Wifi, Netflix and Pandora account.
Our condo building has an onsite Hot Box Pizza store, Courtside Convenience store, and guests will have a 10% discount at Pub & Eatery.

Once you park your car in our FREE private underground parking garage, you won't need it again 'til you depart for home. Everything you would ever want is within a five min walk from our place. However, bus and uber is available should you decide to go that route.

Georgia Street is a one-of-a-kind pedestrian boulevard connecting Bankers Life Fieldhouse with Indiana Convention Center and Circle Center Mall. It contains dozens of restaurants and entertainment venues, and is just a couple blocks from Monument Circle and Lucus Oil Stadium - Home of the Indianapolis Colts. Enjoy our neighborhood. Cheers.
