Private sancutary on Irondequoit bay

The Space:

This apartment is located with lake access and is very private from where I live.



The Neighborhood:

The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. During the summer months it is excellent for watersports and boating.



Other Things to Note:

Access to the gym is located on the bottom floor of the unit that you’re staying in. Go out the door you came in then go right down the steps. You should come to another landing after going around a corner with another door to your right. The gym is through that door. Outdoor areas by the water are shared with other booking guests in my other Airbnbs as well as myself



Interaction with Guests:

I will be living on the property in the main house for the duration of your stay and can be a short walk away to answer any questions.
