We are located in the Beach tower, on Lagoon 2, the least crowded of the four beautiful Koā€™Olina Lagoons. This is a beautiful and unique location, where we are sharing our home with you for the perfect Hawaiian Vacation. Our villa is 3 bedrooms, with 3 full bathrooms (Sleeps max 8 people), and almost 1778 sq foot of living space! Unbelievable Ocean and Mountain views welcome you, with Full tall sliding glass doors to offering a seamless transition between indoor and outdoor living.
The custom designed Roy Yamaguchi signature kitchen offers Sub Zero refrigerator and wine cooler, Wolf Appliances, and a full size Washer/Dryer, all of which add to the conveniences of a condominium vacation rental instead of a hotel room. Interior finishes include beautiful stone floors, granite countertops, African mahogany doors, windows and trim work. Wi-Fi high speed internet, TV, DVD Players, Flat screen TVā€™s in every room, and other high-end amenities provide the perfect vacation lifestyle.
Included is an underground parking space, with more guest parking available if needed. The property is gated and has security on staff 24/7.
Spend your vacation in this beautiful retreat, peaceful yet steps from the beautiful white sand beach. The Master Bedroom offers views, a soak in tub, separate shower, and walk in closet. The 2nd Bedroom also has a King Bed, with a full bath, and the 3rd Bedroom has two twins that can be converted into a king.
This romantic yet family friendly villa is located in the Beautiful Koā€™Olina Beach Villas situated in the resort area of Koā€™Olina. It is a 5 star property located approximately 20 miles from the Honolulu Airport. The Koā€™Olina lagoons are perfect for swimming, snorkeling, scuba diving and sunbathing, their calm waters are safe for children. The Beach Villas offer every modern resort amenity, including a beautiful lagoon pool with a sandy beach entry area for kids, a quite lap pool, and 3 Jacuzziā€™s. There is a Gym, Sauna, and a boardwalk in front of the Resorts perfect for a run or stroll. There are plenty of exquisite outdoor seating areas, with professional Wolf Grills located throughout the Beach Villas Pool area for your cooking pleasure. The view from the balcony was beautiful. The unit was well equipped with everything you need. The carpet in the primary had some stains and the drapes are also showing some wear but other than that all was good. A side note to the owner (no fault of theirs Iā€™m sure) but most of the games in the chest in the living room were missing pieces so not usable. The variety of different pools was a plus and so close to the beach. Overall a good, comfortable stay. Thank you!

Awesome Stay at the Beach Villas

The condo was everything we needed for a great week on Oahu. The place was clean. The property was great with koi feedings, two great pools, BBQs and a safe lagoon for kids. The location was very walkable to around 10 great restaurants and the golf course. Couldn't have asked for a better stay.

Lovely stay in a fantastic place

We loved our stay here! The unit was even better than we had expected, complete with amenities for our family that made our trip stress-free and incredibly enjoyable. The unit is well-sized and had enough space for the 3 families traveling together, and the extra bonus of kids toys/books and so many beach/pool supplies was fantastic to keep the kids busy and happy. The resort is lovely and we enjoyed going back and forth between the beach and the pool. We were thankful to have found this place and had a fantastic trip!

A SPECIAL Thanksgiving

Our family enjoyed our time on Oahu at KoOlina Beach Resort. The villa was perfect for our family. We enjoyed all of the amenities of the resort. The ocean view from the deck was awesome, I enjoyed watching the sunrise each morning from the comfortable deck furniture. The grandchildren enjoyed the pool everyday.

KoOlina Villa

This property location was perfect. The property manager went above and beyond whenever we had a question, and responded immediately whenever we contacted her. I would definitely recommend staying here. Everything is close by and there are great restaurants within walking distance. The view could not have been more spectacular! Will definitely stay here again.

Family Vacation in Paradise

I can't say enough good things about this location and property. Itā€™s close enough to everything to be convenient, and far enough from the touristy parts of town to be quiet and serene. It was exactly as depicted and went above/beyond everyone's expectation. It was clean, comfortable and spacious, had some complimentary items, had beach gear which was also great, but I have to mention the view!! The view on the lanai was breathtaking. There was plenty of room for everyone and plenty of space for privacy too. The hosts were gracious and helpful and quick to respond to any questions we had. We will definitely consider staying here again if weā€™re fortunate enough to get back to Oahu!

Family Vacation

This beach villa was AMAZING! It was so clean and well kept especially during this time of covid. Pam was so nice during the whole process and if I needed help with something she was quick to respond! We also really liked that the condo provided tons of beach gear! My niece and nephew had a blast with the sand toys and boogie boards! We definitely enjoyed our stay and look forward to staying here in the near future!

The property is well equipped with high-end appliances and lots of beach toys & chairs. Best of all was speedy resolution of two minor issues (a toilet and washing machine). Definitely recommend this unit!

Wonderful stay in a great place

We loved our stay at this beautiful condo. It's spacious and very comfortable. I think the needs might have been the most comfortable beds we have ever had in a hotel or rental. The owner and property managers went out of their way to make sure every detail was taken care of. In particular we appreciated how well stock the kitchen was and how helpful they owner was at working out an issue with our booking. It's hard to find any fault in our stay...however I will say that there are quite a few rules that need close following. We're rule followers so it wasn't really an issue for us, but it is something to take into consideration.

Family Celebration in Hawaii

The overall resort had an excellent location with terrific views of the Pacific. This unit was clean with excellent views and a very nice lanaii but had too many closet lockouts and extra furniture which took up some of the space. Some of the furniture was dated and there were also to many decorations which were in the way. But overall nice. We had also rented a second condo that was owned by a property company and it did not have the lockouts and extra furniture/decorations.

Ko Olina is a great location! Our unit B903 needs a Professional Cleaning---not the 4 hour turn around. Kitchen cupboards are very dirty especially around the pulls. Utensils need replacing-not clean. There was no scrubber in the kitchen for washing, only a dishcloth. Showers need major scrubbing, had mold, Too many

Understand the Limitations

We loved the location but the value proposition did not meet our expectations. We were surprised to learn that the actual seating around the main television is not as the photos portray (it is actually smaller). We were also surprised by the dirty dishes, blender, coffee mugs, bathtubs, carpet, and dining table. The "closets" are very small, and the primary bedroom mattress has a bow to it (the middle of the mattress is noticeably lower than the ends). The balcony off the primary bedroom is so small it is effectively unusable. Bedroom 2 does not have a private bathroom (it is shared), and it is the smallest of the 3 bedrooms. 2 adults may find bedroom 2 too small, yet bedroom 3 has 2 twin beds so it is better suited for children.However, we fully recognize that every other review posted on VRBO gives this unit an exceptional rating. So our expectations seem to be much higher than others. Our advice is for potential guests be sure you assess how this unit aligns with your expectations about what is important to you.

Unit worked out well for my family. Trip was to take grandkids to Oahu to meet cousins and to enjoy the island. BT-903ā€™s pool and lagoon let them swim whenever they wanted to. There was enough space for a family of eight to hang out and enjoy the unit. Sitting on the lanai in the quiet, early morning, drinking coffee, listening to birds and looking at the ocean. Great feeling. We liked that the resort is very quiet and not crowded. Communication with Sherry was outstanding. The downside: (These can be easily fixed.) 1. No pantry to store items bought from the store 2. The floor was dirty, so we wore socks and bought slippers to wear in the unit. 3. No place to hang wet towels. 4, Center bedroom shower needs in depth cleaning 5. Washing machine washed in hot water only. (couldn't figure it out) 6. Soap dispensers in master bath weren't working.
