Our memory foam mattresses are medium firm with a 1.5" quilted top panel and multiple layers of memory foam, polyfoam, and coils. The sleeping pillows are made of cotton and alternative down.
Queen Sleeper Sofa with Gel mattress features a 2-layer construction of high-density foam and gel-infused memory foam. It’s designed to contour to the body and wick away body heat.

Great place on the North Shore

Great stay in Princeville. The north shore has less to do than the south shore, but in turn is much quieter. Great place, was clean and easy to check in and out. Would stay again.

Loved the location, condo and area. So much to see and do. Accommodations were wonderful and worked very well for us. Provided us with everything we needed. Lots of space, wonderful flow through breezes and very comfortable bed.

Paradise!

Property was clean and spacious. Resort was prestine and well appointed with amenities. Views over the ocean were incredible. We were able to spot some whales and dolphins from the cliffs. Great proximity to beaches and the Napali Coast Trail.

Fantastic set up at The cliffs

We loved our stay at the cliffs! Perfectly set up accomodation and fantastic amenities. We will hopefully be back one day. Would be a great place to come back to with older children who can enjoy all the extras like tennis and bikes etc.

Great place to stay

This condo had everything you need for a comfortable stay at the Cliffs in Princeville. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, storage containers, cooking utensils, etc. The condo was clean and very comfortable. I would definitely go back.

Our favorite spot in Kauai

It has been an absolute pleasure being in this condo, we all loved it. The complex has lots of activities in the area for adults as well as for kids. Definitely coming back.

Fantastic Stay

We had an incredible stay at the Cliffs. The property is stunning with amazing views, gardens and amenities. The condo itself was very clean and comfortable. We were surprised how large it was! The balcony has views of the gardens, and green grass the meets the blue blue water. We saw whales while enjoying our morning coffee. I highly recommend this property.

Relaxing stay in Princeville

We really enjoyed our stay! The apartment was perfect for our weeklong trip to Kauai for two. It’s in a great location with easy access to both Hanalei and Kilauea. There is also a Foodland grocery nearby in Princeville which was convenient. The place was clean and well-stocked with a nice kitchen, extra linens and towels, and all the beach gear you could need. The bed was super comfy and there was a nice cross breeze that kept it cool at night. Check-in and checkout were easy. I’d highly recommend this stay!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everyone was great in making us comfortable. Well kept complex and grounds. Would definitely stay here again. It made our vacation all that more enjoyable.

Cliff top condo with all you need for an easy vacation.

We had a wonderful time with my kids and I. We had everything we needed. There are quiet hours and I felt this was pretty accurate except on the weekend a. There is a grocery store near by( the pool is wonderful; there are plenty beaches in a quick drive away. The beds were comfortable and if we needed something we were helped right away. The Bbq ‘s outside are very convenient and we loved our stay. Can’t wait to come back!

Perfect spot and accommodations

We were so happy with our stay at this property and unit! The beds were comfy (including the pull out couch which my mom slept great on). They also provided a lot of stuff which came to great use including board games, a small cooler, ice packs, beach chairs, and body boards. We were also very happy with the property and all that it offered. There were water refill stations, free bikes, tennis courts, grills, plus the most fantastic view off the cliffs. We will definitely be booking here again!

Our condo was clean, wonderfully updated, kitchen amenities well supplied and view was incredible out back porch! Communication with registration was excellent. Our unit was Close to pool, activity center and short walk to cliffs for wonderful sunsets! The grounds were kept up beautifully. We would rent this unit again!!! Mahalo

A Perfect Place in Paradise

I have been staying in the islands for over 50 years and this property was one of the best I have ever stayed at I plan to rent again next year hopefully the same condo grounds were beautiful parking was easy and we absolutely loved the two lanai‘s and the interior The kitchen was especially wonderful I am a retired chef and we were able to prepare wonderful meals there the sunsets were spectacular and it is an easy property to get to a few minutes from Princeville and 10 minutes to Hanalei Bay of course with the highway the way it is it took a lot longer than the usual 10 minutes LOL but all in all we enjoyed staying at the lovely property The Cliffs at Princeville

Lovely Place - Needs a few changes

The property is great! Super beautiful location. The pool and courts are super fun. It would also be a great place for kids. The unit itself is in a great location and very nice! The bathrooms really need upgrading. They are super old, but clean. The only major issue we had, which was a major issue, was the bed. They have the mattress sitting on a couple slats so you completely sink and tilt! It’s almost unusable. We were completely miserable the entire trip. They need to add full slats or a box spring. Best option is a box spring. Once they fix that - this place is great!

A+++ experience. The condo was in the perfect location complete with an awesome view and cross breeze. The unit was clean, comfortable with tastefully done with new furniture and linens. The kitchen had new appliances and every gadget imaginable. It even had an electric juicer that we used each morning for fresh juice that we enjoyed on the lanai over looking the coast. As a bonus. The concierges emailed local newspapers daily and events happening in the complex.Would definitely return!! Highly recommend.

Top Notch!

Place was prettier than anticipated and the view and location to cliff was great! They also had beach chairs, umbrella and cooler to use. Very clean BBQ grills in the community. I am sure this is my mistake, but did not realize there was no A/C in the unit. Being from Texas, I just assumed there would be air. Not a biggie. Since we were on the second floor, we just opened both door on either end of the apartment and had great breezes. Also, I didn’t really noticed A/C units anywhere so my guess is it’s not common. Also, the property manager was great and very responsive. Definitely recommend!

Anniversary Vacation!

We enjoyed the rental unit and the property very much. Daily breakfasts and dinners on the lanai was great. You have a nice view of the ocean from there and we saw whales a few times. We used the grill 3 of the 6 nights we were there. The grilling area was clean and easy to use. The breeze at night was wonderful! Easy access to shops and markets. Getting in to the unit at first was frustrating and I thought something was wrong with the door lock. I learned that you have to turn the key the opposite direction (right) to unlock and then turn a little more to open the door. Knowing that ahead of time would have been nice to know. The chickens and geese make a lot of noise 24/7. We would definitely like to return someday and can recommend it to others.

Beautiful space with everything we didn't know we needed!

The condo was gorgeous - as an interior designer, the furnishings made me very happy ☺️. My partner and I joked that it was almost too comfy because it made us want to stay in and not go out and do our adventures. The beach chairs and umbrella came in super handy and I loved all of the Snapware that the kitchen had so we could cut up all our fresh fruit and bring it with us for the day! The bicycles at the facility were a pleasant surprise and we used those multiple times to check out some near-ish by sights. The condo is located in a resort-type suburb and pretty much everything has to be driven to. I only mention this because winding suburban development is personally not my jam. I'd prefer to have eating, shopping, etc. in walking distance and you can't really get that in a golf resort hellscape*. *just my hatred of water resources going to golf courses shining through here...😉 That type of location may be other people's jam, so if that's the case for you, then this rental is perfection!

4206 The Cliffs

The Cliffs at Princeville is in a stunning location with a very manicured feel. Reception staff super friendly and helpful. Nice pool and visiting food trucks. The actual apartment was disappointing. It appeared on the website to have been newly renovated when in fact it had some newer furniture. Original old kitchen with newer electrical items which were badly fitted leaving unhygienic gaps and chipped tiles. Dirty taps and sink. Kitchen well stocked albeit with old items. Bathrooms both original and very dirty, bath and shower tiles clearly not been cleaned properly for a long time. Bath taps loose, filthy or no plugs, dirty doors, dirty baths, dirty shower heads, very unpleasant. Filthy floors, the soles of my feet were black after one hour walking on the floor. No mop provided. I cleaned the kitchen sink a little especially around the taps but overall cleanliness not great. I’ve taken some photos if required. Sofa bed in living room extremely uncomfortable but the bed in the bedroom very comfortable.filthy stained bedroom rug. Sheets and towels all clean. Washing machine and tumble drier great. Wouldn’t stay here again but would stay at The Cliffs again, their own rentals are cheaper than this one and I understand some now have new bathrooms.

Condo in Paradise

My partner's 2nd stay at the Cliffs, first for me. First impression was the incredibly beautiful landscaping and cliffs. Spectacular sunsets can be experienced from right on the back patio or at some of the coolest viewpoints on the property. We wandered around during our stay to find dragonfruit, lime, avocado & banana trees, and of course unique hibiscus & plumerias. On this family trip we enjoyed the shiny, clean BBQ out back with large grassy area where our kids played. Outdoor games/supplies and bikes are complimentary (our gang rode down to the local shopping center & enjoyed a shave ice). Only a couple of complaints, once code was entered & key popped out, when used in the doorknob, the door is VERY difficult to open. We tried for quite a while, even called maintenance but finally figured out the lock. There's definately a "trick" to it & it sucked to deal with that after a long day of travel. Besides that, we found that the microwave and stovetop were super weak. Trying to boil water took about 30 minutes primarily because the knobs are completely not legible. So we fussed with that over our stay. With that said, I would stay here in this unit again in a heartbeat. The views were incredible , location was convenient and very family friendly.
