The apartment is on the 1st floor of a house. You will also have access to part of the garden and the very large closed garage in which you will find the laundry room. You will be able to park your car there but also store your sports equipment for example.

On the 70m² of this bright apartment, you will find the living room with the fully equipped open kitchen. The whole gives direct access to the terrace with sea view. BBQs and breakfasts in the sun are yours!



The first bedroom offers a double bed that can be separated on request and a very large storage wardrobe.

The second bedroom is equipped with 2 single beds that can be grouped into a double bed on request.

The shower room is modern and very functional with a nice recent walk-in shower. The toilet is in this shower room.



Everything has been designed for your comfort.

A small gravelled garden adjoining the house is also dedicated to the apartment and will allow the little ones to play outside beyond the terrace.



We can provide you with a high chair and a foldable cot free of charge.

The apartment is totally dedicated to rental. Only a small storage room has been privatized for the owners' personal belongings. It is located on the first floor of a small condominium of 2 lots.

1 closed parking box for 1 car. Free street parking is also available.

Pets are not allowed. Smoking is not allowed inside the house but you can smoke on the terrace and in the garden.

The house cannot be rented out for parties or events.

The house is equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, microwave.



Check-in hours: 5pm-7pm. Check-out time: 9am-10am.

During the summer period, the agency will define the time of availability of the property and departure in these slots according to the schedule of the maintenance and reception teams.



The Neighborhood

The apartment is located just a 10-minute walk from the Calanque and the park of Mugel and the Calanque de Figuerolles. It is also an 8-minute walk from the old port and the old town of La Ciotat, which can be walked quietly along small streets full of charm, and free of all traffic, the center being pedestrianized. We pass in front of houses whose construction dates from the fifteenth to the nineteenth century. The tangle of streets and alleys leads to many squares, such as the Place Sadi Carnot and its refreshing fountain near which you can stop for a drink.

You can also take advantage of the new quays of the old port, which were completely renovated in 2019. The markets and terraces are all invitations to enjoy the rhythm of the products, dishes and the Mediterranean climate.
