In the heart of the Monts du Lyonnais, come and disconnect or rather reconnect with nature in our small cottage well kept in all simplicity, for a weekend or more. <br>An old stone farmhouse, the property dates from 1875 and was completely renovated in the 2000s, respecting the original architecture.<br>The cottage is located between l'Arbresle and Tarare in the commune of Saint Julien sur Bibost at an altitude of 450 m.<br><br>With a surface area of about 50 m², it has 4 comfortable beds (a 160 cm bed and a 140 cm sofa bed).<br>Access to the outdoor swimming pool (shared with the owners) during the summer period.<br><br>You will have WIFI access.<br>There is no television, so it will be an opportunity to enjoy a perfect disconnection and to indulge in some reading! We provide some books and board games.<br><br>Breakfast not included.<br><br>Sheets and towels / dish towels provided.<br>A roll of toilet paper/garbage bag/a little washing-up liquid provided. <br>Bins to empty and used laundry to be collected. <br>Possibility of baby cot on request.<br><br>Due to the presence of our animals and in order not to disturb them, dogs are not accepted (non-negotiable).<br><br>Access A89: 30 minutes by car.<br>Arrival from 2pm (possibility to arrive earlier if the cottage is available, request it in advance)<br>Departure before 11am (unless it is not rented behind, request it too). <br>When leaving: you will have to empty the fridge, the bins and collect the used laundry, the rest of the cleaning is included. <br>Mini-market 10 minutes away (closed on Monday and Sunday afternoons, pay attention to the opening hours in case of late arrival!), super market and shopping area 20 minutes away.<br><br>Rental preferably by the week (from Saturday to Saturday) during school holidays, otherwise request it. Discount from 7 days, greater discount if 15 days or more.<br><br>Description:<br>Charming stone cottage of about 50 m², silent, organized on 2 floors.<br> On the first floor, you will find an open kitchen with equipment (small table, oven, microwave, hob, large fridge with small freezer) as well as a small bathroom room (walk-in shower and toilet).<br><br>Upstairs, there is a living room area with a sofa bed that can be used as a bed for two people (140 cm) as well as a mezzanine (open) with a large double bed (160 cm). The beds are therefore not located in separate rooms.<br><br>The staircase that leads to the living room area as well as the one to access the mezzanine are quite steep. <br>You can enjoy a south-facing terrace with table, hammock and deckchair, parasol, on the side of the cottage with beautiful views of the hills. <br>A charcoal barbecue is available on request.<br>Fans available. <br>The entrance to the cottage opens onto a courtyard shared with our house. <br>Here, you will rub shoulders with horses and goats that live year-round in the parks around the property. <br>You can also come across goats, goats (not aggressive but potentially intimidating!) chickens and cats in the wild.<br>We have several beehives nearby, honey sale on site. <br><br>Activities:<br>Hiking enthusiasts will be served. Whether on foot or by mountain bike, everything is possible, but be careful, this way it climbs! GR7 nearby. <br><br>Points of Interest:<br> Our cottage is ideally located to discover the cities of Lyon (less than an hour away), Saint Etienne (1 hour), the Beaujolais mountains (30 minutes away) and the charming villages in the surrounding area.<br><br>Local activities: <br>"Parc animalier de Courzieu" (wolves and birds of prey), fir lake, swimming pools and spa.
