Villa Aloâna is 160 m² fully air-conditioned, nestled on the edge of the forest in a residential area between Rognac and Velaux. Not too far, not too close: 25–30 minutes from Marseille, Aix-en-Provence and the beaches of the Côte Bleue.<br><br>Here, time slows down. In the morning, you can enjoy a coffee on the large terrace. During the day, you can glide between the swimming pool, the 1,000 m² enclosed garden and the petanque court. In the evening, the barbecue lights up, the table is set outside, and the song of the cicadas accompanies every moment.<br><br>The villa sleeps up to 6 people with three comfortable bedrooms, two bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen — designed to make you feel truly at home.<br><br>On the first floor, you will have:<br>- a fully equipped kitchen (fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, ceramic hob, bean coffee maker, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, etc.),<br>- a large bright living room with flat screen,<br>- a bathroom with large walk-in shower and toilet, <br>- a bedroom with 1 bed 180*200cm,<br><br>Upstairs: <br>- two bedrooms (1 with 1 bed 140*190cm and 1 with 1 bed 160*200cm)<br>- a bathroom with bath and toilet <br>- a space with a TV<br><br>The 1,000 m² enclosed garden is a real playground for the whole family. Shaded terrace, dining area, garden furniture, barbecue – everything is there so that you can just enjoy. The children will have their trampoline, the adults their petanque court. (The swing in the photos has been removed).<br><br>Inaugurated in 2025, the 8×4 m swimming pool (1.5 m deep) is the beating heart of Villa Aloâna in summer. Secured to NF P90-308 standards with electric shutter, it is surrounded by deckchairs and parasols, ready to welcome your afternoons of Provençal dolce vita.<br><br>Radiate to the most beautiful sites of Provence: Villa Aloâna is your ideal starting point to explore the region. Every morning, you choose your adventure — and each evening, you return to the softness of the garden and the calm of the villa.<br><br>A kitty who will ask you for kibble and caresses will accompany you during your stay. The silence of Provençal nights, the song of cicadas, the serenity of mornings in the garden: all of this deserves to be preserved.<br><br>Out of respect for the neighborhood and the soul of the villa, parties, noisy parties and gatherings are not allowed.
