Beautiful property

Beautiful home and location right on the beach. I was there for two weeks and really enjoyed my stay there. Saw some dolphins swimming by very close to The shore. Would have been great if binoculars were provided

Disappointed

The house was musky and we had to open all the windows for fresh air and clean wipe everything down and used our own linen thank God we did. There was a leak in the kitchen that we was going to live with and not complain but the drip became very annoying and our chef complained it was an inconvenience to him. We called about the leak plumber came and stated he would try to repair it again and it’s evidence this is a ongoing leak dud to the ceiling is brown stain. Mgmt. only refunded me $112 stating I didn’t call them timely but they knew of this leak especially since the plumber said he would try to repair it the amount refunded to my Amex was an insult to me and my guests especially since we listened to an annoying drip in the sink for 3 days

Enjoyed our stay!

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The views are to die for. The location right on the beach is unbeatable! The property and its furnishings are showing their age a bit. One recommendation for this property is to provide a. non-stick larger pan for guests to use. We are offering on comment...the use of multiple beds (while we understand the need to sleep more people) the use of multiple beds does not always leave enough room in the bedroom - our dresser was in the hallway, it should have been in the bedroom instead of the second bed. Just some food for thought. We would love to come back in the fall but we have a small non-shedding dog that we would need to bring with us but no dogs are allowed. Thanks!!! Susan

Finding peace

This was exactly what we wanted. If you want to sit and stare at the ocean, watch beautiful sunrises and be able to walk off your deck into the sand and beach then this is for you. Ample space for large group with 4 BR and baths.

Perfect except for one thing

This is a great house located right on the beach. It was roomy and clean. The only issue was the noise-it is on a busy street and those bedrooms on that side are going to hear it. The air compressor for the air conditioner is located outside one of the bedrooms making it noisy until you get used to it. The management was quick to respond to an issue with a loud howling sound caused by the wind and something on the roof.. Sadly, it did end up coming back after a few days, but much less in volume. Overall a great stay right on the beach.

Quick getaway

We stayed here over Memorial Day weekend. It was located in a perfect location, close to the grocery store and restaurants. There was a lot of noise on the main street all night long. The place could used a good cleaning of air vents and such... Overall we had a good stay!

Great location and East beach access!

Our stay was absolutely perfect. The home was clean, and the wonderful lady who helped me with check in at the office was stellar! My only complaint would be that when the wind is blowing (which is often) there is a terrible and continuous sound from where the wind is howling on the deck. Normally, this would never bother me, but it was to the point where you couldn’t carry a conversation or watch tv on the main level. Other than that, the house worked great for our last minute trip!

Robert’s House is great!

This property is great. It was very clean and comfortable. The deck is awesome!! Private baths in each bedroom makes it really nice. The kitchen was well stocked with plates and utensils. We had a perfect week!
