Wonderful place

A beautiful place with lots of room. The game room was a great place for the family in the evenings. Private pool was so nice. I would recommend for any family.

The view is what we loved most. Well stocked kitchen. We cook a lot. Beds were comfortable. Carpet needs replacing. Broken loveseat. Two chairs on the patio need to be thrown out due to rust and ragged metal. One of the windows to the porch needs replacing. View is obscured because of condensation. We had to tighten screws in the table legs to keep it from wobbling. We had to walk down a few yards to public beach access. The direct access in front of the condo was not walkable for our group of over 65. No streaming channels available was a disappointment. Just needs minor updates. We all enjoyed our stay.

OK for Price

Great location. Property is dated and you feel it immediately after laying in bed. All beds have cheap quality mattress so there is no comfort. Owner should upgrade mattress so it doesn’t feel like your stay is in lower end motels.

Overall stay

I thought Condo was very nice and clean. Beautiful view and great location. Plenty of room. Parking was a little tight. We parked in empty and unmarked space and got a ticket. I thought was ridiculous because it is out of season and there were so many spaces available. We all thought mattresses were pretty uncomfortable. Most all of the tv remotes didn’t work or broken and without batteries. Refrigerator needs new bulb. Blow dryer not working. I still would say overall we had a great time and I would probably rent it again.

Condo needs work

- The ceiling fan in the master has its lights ZIP-TIED to the rest of the fixture. It shakes and makes noise when running. Be cautious!! - Ice and water dispenser in the fridge are broken. A lot of rust on it. - Carpets are old and stained - Paint is peeling off furniture, cabinets, and master bathroom ceiling - Sliding door in the master comes off the track. Don’t use it. - Mattress in the master is old. - Linens and towels were left shrink-wrapped in a tote. Beds weren’t made. Someone showed up to do that but made two beds and left. We made the other three. - Clock in kitchen not working. Either broken or no batteries. - Bring supplies right away. Unlike most properties you will only get the very bare minimum here. No toilet paper in any of the bathrooms (not even on the rusted rolls) - just a couple in the kitchen. - There are no cleaning supplies at all. Bring everything.

Never again

We stayed here with a group of 4 adults and 2 children for a baseball tournament. We got a call a couple of weeks before the stay to let us know that we would not have use of the pools while we were there. They did give us a very small discount for the inconvenience. They only allow 2 parking spaces per condo. we booked a 4-bedroom condo, there should be enough parking for at least 3 if not 4 vehicles. We were given the opportunity to park in their overflow parking which was 10 minutes away and very troublesome as we had to shuffle everyone around and all the ball equipment etc. Do NOT expect anything extra. There were two coffee pots but no filters etc. You must bring EVERYTHING except plates, silverware, pots and pans, TP and paper towels, dishwasher detergent (you are required to run the dishwasher before you leave) there is no liquid for washing by hand. (I prefer to wash all utensils myself before use) Then you must put your own sheets etc. on the beds with the linens provided which are rough and "crunchy". not soft at all. That would not be an issue except for the outrageous cleaning fees you are charged the least they can do is make the beds. to top it all off there was a parking citation on my car because my tire was "on the white line" I was parked next to a concrete wall and got as close as possible to allow myself to get out of my car. Another guest got one because his parking pass was not facing outward on the rear-view mirror. So, to say that this property is petty is an understatement. The few positives are that the view is lovely, and the beds are comfortable except or the sheets.

Unfortunately, the condo complex does only have parking space available for 2 vehicles per condo. We apologize that your beds were not made on your arrival as this service should have been provided and that the onsite property management company was over zealous in their management of the parking at the property. We are glad that you enjoyed the view at the condo.

Great condo right on ocean

Great place to stay right on the ocean. Good little pool on ground floor and excellent walk ability to ocean. Unit was clean and well kept. Some things needed repair/replacement (mattress, dining room table chairs, door pulls) but no major issues there. Would go back again.

Cherry Grove Beach vacation

Great location with great amenities. Our 4 grandchildren especially enjoyed the lazy river. On the negative side, the dishwasher has some issues and several of the bathroom sinks didn’t drain well. Overall, a good experience.
