Valréas is the starting point for numerous trails that will delight nature lovers.<br>You can also visit famous sites such as Vaison-la-Romaine and its archaeological sites, and Mont Ventoux—a legendary mountain in the history of Provence. From its summit, you’ll enjoy one of the most expansive panoramic views in Europe, overlooking the Rhône Valley, the Baronnies and the Vaucluse Plateau, the Dentelles de Montmirail, Orange and its historic center, Avignon and its summer festival, Gordes, the Ardèche Gorges...<br><br>Closer by, you’ll visit the Enclave des Papes, Visan and its historic center dominated by the ruins of the old castle, Richerenches and its famous truffle market held every Saturday morning from mid-November to mid-March, Grillon and its extensive irrigation system, its “vialle,” and the ancient Château de Pons de Grilhon… not to mention Grignan and its castle, its nighttime festivals, Nyons and its olives, Montélimar and its famous nougat, and the crocodile farm in Pierrelatte. They’ll be available and reachable throughout your stay to address any requests you may have.<br><br>You’ll feel right at home during your stay in this house, featuring modern colors and a Provençal ambiance. Renovated with an eco-friendly approach, it opens onto a first floor with a fully equipped and functional kitchen (refrigerator, freezer, stovetop, oven, microwave, Senseo coffee maker, dishwasher, dish towels, silverware, and kitchen utensils), then you’ll enter a dining room with two tables that can be joined together if needed. Opposite is a living room with a TV and Netflix, and right next to it is a lovely little cozy corner for peaceful reading. <br><br>The bedrooms are spread over two floors; there are 5 large bedrooms, each with a double bed, storage space, and a rolling wardrobe. There is a large bathroom on the first floor with a toilet, shower, sink, washing machine, and dryer, and the second bathroom is located on the second floor with a bathtub, shower, two sinks, and a toilet. We provide a vacuum cleaner, broom, ironing board, and iron; a travel crib and high chair are available upon request…<br><br>Highlights of our home include: a double garage and private parking, as well as a beautiful, sheltered, and sunny terrace with a table and chairs for your moments of relaxation and rest.
