This family house is located in the heart of the Thau basin, in Occitanie between the sea and the scrubland.

As the house is located in the heart of a wine estate, noise can be caused by the passage of tractors, agricultural machinery and the preparation of wine orders in the cellar. The harvest period is the time of the harvest of a year of hard work and intense activity, beware of noise pollution
