At the gates of the Cévennes, single-storey cottage in Cendras, a town located in the Cévennes National Park "Listed as an Unesco World Heritage Site since 2011". You will be 5 minutes from the village and 10 minutes from the nearest town. Nîmes is 45 minutes away and Montpellier 1h15. La Grande Motte beaches 1h30. For the period July and August.

Rentals are from Saturday to Saturday.

Supplements: Arrival before 5pm and departure after 11am: 10€/hour extra. 10€/person after 10 people per day, Pets are allowed 10€/day. Baby kit is provided: 15€/stay. We can provide sheets: 7€/bed and 4€/person for towels.

Description of the interior of the cottage:
3 bedrooms, a living room with TV and corner sofa on 120 m² of total area.
A large open fitted kitchen with a surface area of 19 m².
2 bathrooms, one with WC, one with separate WC.
Bedroom 1: master suite with shower room and WC, double bed 160.
Bedroom 2: equipped with a double bed in 140.
Bedroom 3: 2 beds in 160 or four in 80 cm by 200.
On the mezzanine: sleeps 140.

Outside:
Private swimming pool of 7.30mx3.50 m, height 1.20ml above ground, at your complete and unique disposal 40m from the cottage, in the property.
New in 2023: you will have the opportunity to access a 1000 m2 lagoon with its white sand which belongs to the La Clémentine campsite thanks to a bracelet, See the modalities when you arrive. The swimming pool is functional on sunny days. Those who think that you need to put on music to spend a good weekend with us, move on.
A terrace area with charcoal barbecue to share convivial meals, quiet, listening to the birds.
