Villa Kiki is a charming village house located in a serene area of St. Spyridon surrounded by olive trees and recently fully renovated. Nestled 600 meters from the sandy St. Spyridon beach and the Antinioti Lagoon Nature Reserve, the villa boasts a delightful private garden and balconies with tranquil rural views.
Designed with a single floor, Villa Kiki can comfortably accommodate up to five people (four adults and one child) and is ideal for families seeking a peaceful retreat close to the beach and nearby amenities. It is also a perfect choice for those who enjoy hiking, snorkelling, or exploring the unique flora and fauna around the lagoon.
The main entrance leads to a cosy modern living room, which opens to a front balcony with seating and dining facilities. lovely stay
we had a lovely stay, no issues. The provided facilities were great including a great barbecue and outdoor shower. House was clean and well maintained and there were lots of clear institutions. Lovely location within walking distance of a few great beaches and shops.

Our stay was very pleasant
Our stay was very pleasant. It was great to have mosquito nets in every room, very useful in the evenings. The house was cool and clean! If you want to see more of the island, we recommend having a car.

Exceptional
Everything was exceptional! The place was spotless, located in a peaceful area just a few minutes' walk from the beach. The garden was full of beautiful flowers, creating the perfect atmosphere for relaxation. All the necessary utilities were included, and we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Lovely, peaceful house.
We enjoyed everything about Villa Kiki and had an extremely relaxing holiday. Surrounded by olive groves, with a choice of places to eat, both inside and out, and a beautiful balcony, it was just wonderful. Thank you!

We highly recommend this rental!!!
Our stay at Villa Kiki was excellent. The villa is very functional and very well equipped. There is a parking space at the entrance to the villa, and the grounds are fully fenced. The shaded terrace allowed us to eat all our meals outside. Each window is equipped with a mosquito net, and the air conditioning in the bedrooms and living room is very pleasant. A beach with a restaurant and a mini market is a 2-minute drive away. During our 2-week stay, we benefited from cleaning time, done by a charming and very discreet person, with replacement of towels and sheets! We highly recommend this rental!!!

Wonderful retreat
We stayed at this awesome villa for a week and really had a great time. It is best for four persons, although we have been five at it was also fine (3 adults, 2kids),because the living room has a sofa bed. The small village has everything you need from small grocery shops to a nice beach, rental car station to tavernas and bars. Near this village you'll find more beautiful beaches, little towns with great restaurants. The villa itself has everything you need for your stay even a washing machine!

Everything was perfect
The house is great, in a quiet environment, with air con and close enough to the beach/mini supermarkets. We could arrive at our own convenience, which is also very appreciate. We've made a mistake with the keys and were stuck outside. Eos Villas quickly reached to the landlord and supported us in a very efficient manner. Everything was perfect (and our kids also enjoyed the presence of 3 lovely kitties around - who weren't part of the house :) )

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Kiki
We had a wonderful stay at Villa Kiki. Our expectations were fully met. The garden is beautifully spacious and the surroundings are quiet. The beach is only a 2-minute drive away. It's perfect for families with or without children. Very well-equipped; we didn't lack anything. Even minor technical problems were dealt with immediately. Great. The owner (Kiki) is very dedicated. During our two-week stay, the house was even cleaned twice, and the bed linen and towels were changed twice. All in all, it was perfect. 100% recommended.

Amazing
Big Thank to VIlla Kiki! With this house you will feel like home, Place to cook, sleep, resting area outside for having Peaceful dinner or barbecue for lovers of good meat from nice local grocery stores with is really close by. At night you will be protected with Ac and moquette net with is not easy to see at other places. Excellent shower It has been enaf water for the big family Thanks you for your nice place,

very very satisfying
Villa Kiki is a very very lovely place and the people really take very good care of it. The house overall is in very good shape and the service is exzellent - ranging from small little welcome things like fresh fruit on the table on the welcoming night to the promised cleaning service. The owners are stopping by occassionally and are really helpful and friendly - gives you a feeling of safety and being welcomed. The technical infrastructrue was very good, nothing we missed. Lovely garden, too. A small problem with the cooling system was immediately taken care of. Mattresses were a bit too soft for my taste. And one should really have a good navigations system in the car or on the mobile, as the street, where Villa Kiki is situated, doesn't have a name and when it's dark, it's easy to miss it. Otherwise: simply great!

La casa in un'ottima posizione. Molto vicina a kalamaki beach, spiaggia bellissima di sabbia, mare sempre calmo con ombrellone e lettini gratis. Favolosa per vacanza con bambini.

I had a fantastic 10 night stay at Villa Kiki.
I had a fantastic 10 night stay at Villa Kiki. I stayed here on my own but it would be fine for a family of 4. The location was perfect - 2 minutes drive from Agios Spyridon beach which is a quiet, sandy beach. The villa is also a 10 minute drive from Kassiopi or the shops and restaurants in Archaravi in the opposite direction. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone wanting a quiet stay in north Corfu. Sofronios and his team at Eos travel were excellent at communicating and sent detailed information prior to arrival.

Alles in allem ein schönes Ferienhaus
Schönes, freistehendes und geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Ferienhaus, in dem wir zwei gute Wochen verlebt haben. Die Küche ist soweit mit allem, was man für 2 Wochen Selbstversorgung braucht, ausgestattet.
Nach vorne und nach hinten raus hat man Terrassen mit Sitzmöglichkeiten mit Ausblick auf Olivenbäume. Die Straße ist relativ nah, der Verkehrslärm hält sich aber in Grenzen.
Nach 1 Woche wurde das Haus gereinigt und Handtücher/Bettwäsche gewechselt.
Leider war eine der Sonnenliegen defekt, der Fernseher funktionierte nicht und ein Wasserschlauch im Bad ist geplatzt. Das wurde zwar jedes Mal kurzfristig behoben, aber eigentlich wollen wir uns im Urlaub um so etwas nicht kümmern.
Die Vermieterin war da sehr engagiert, die Kommunikation mit ihr manchmal etwas schwierig, da sie kein Englisch sprach.
Die Bilder im Inserat geben auch nicht ganz den aktuellen Zustand wieder, auf den Aufnahmen erscheint alles insgesamt neuer, als es tatsächlich war.
Auf der vorderen Terrasse steht kein Sonnenschirm mehr, sondern eine Pergola, die einen guten Sichtschutz zur Straße bietet.
Man geht zu Fuß 10 Minuten bis zu einem super schönen Sandstrand, Tavernen sind auch vor Ort. Als Ausgangpunkt für Wanderungen ist das Ferienhaus ideal angebunden.
In der gegenüberliegenden Nachbarschaft leben Hunden, die in der Zeit in der wir da waren leider jede Nacht sehr viel gebellt haben, so dass an Schlaf nur mit Ohrstöpseln zu denken war.
Alles in allem ein sehr schönes Ferienhaus, für uns mit ein paar Abstrichen.

This is a clean and pleasant house
This is a clean and pleasant house in a good location, not far from the beach and on a nice, quiet road. The outdoor dining area is nice, although it would benefit from some shade. It was a bit of a squeeze for a family of 5, although it would have been fine for 4 people. The wifi wasn't working for most of our stay, which was disappointing for our children, but we appreciate that everything possible was done to get it working again.

We had a wonderful happy hot week. Slightly further to the beach than we anticipated but the sea at one end and effective aircon at the other. Useful shop halfway too.
Responsive owner - replaced a light bulb almost immediately.
Lovely spots to sit outside the house.
Noise of the horses across the road, which was lovely and otherwise peaceful

We had a lovely hot week in villa Kiki
We had a wonderful happy hot week. Slightly further to the beach than we anticipated but the sea at one end and effective aircon at the other. Useful shop halfway too. Responsive owner - replaced a light bulb almost immediately. Lovely spots to sit outside the house. Noise of the horses across the road, which was lovely and otherwise peaceful
