WI-FI available. Echo Falls sleeps 2 people. It is on Spirit Lake and the view from the cabin is amazing. Autumn and come winter, the silence of the snow echoes through the valley as it rests gently on the pines. Whatever the season, nature awaits with great anticipation for your arrival. The road into Spirit Lake is gravel and has some steep inclines. Front wheel drive recommended for road into the cabin and 4-wheel in extreme weather. NOT TRAILER OR MOTORCYCLE FRIENDLY
There is a hot tub on the back deck to enjoy and listen to the waterfalls.
The cabin is located just minutes away from the awe-inspiring beauty and adventure of the Red River Gorge and Natural Bridge Resort Park. Explore the unspoiled nature of lakes, creeks, waterfalls, sandstone arches and caves. The cadence sound of the waterfalls and the abundance of wild Rhododendron and Mountain Laurel landscaping the mountainsides will leave you spellbound.

*The cabin has well water but recommend you bring your own drinking water.
*No pets are allowed to be unattended in the cabin unless crated.
*The cabin location can be much more challenging to find in the dark. Recommend arriving during daylight hours.

Its was beautiful place hot tub was great only thing they need replace the bed the springs poking u when lay in it but other wise everything was good we set stay 2 nights we only stay one night because mattress thing

The hot tub only half worked and a lot of other thing was broken like the door to the porch, a loose stair, there was no warning about the stairs being a ladder. Lots of trash in the fire pit. There was no way to fill up the tub and keep it hot cause of how slow it filed. The place was great but for the price we paid there was a lot wrong.

We had a great weekend. The directions that were provided were spot on. The restaurant that was recommended was called Red Point. Very good. The house was perfect. The stairs are beautiful. It was very hot in the house during the day though. We turned on the air and it never really cooled down- the hot tub was def a nice addition but had sand in the bottom. Overall the house is nice. Would definately come back.

My husband and I loved this little cabin. It’s quiet and very private. We definitely would stay here again. Things you should know, 14 wheel or front wheel drive would probably be best. 2The water is from a well so it’s a bit sulfur smelling but it did great things for skin and hair! 3The oven racks are rusty, so get aluminum foil so you can get a take and bake pizza from Miguel’s. It’s delicious! 4If you don’t like steps, you’re in trouble 5You must have BBQ from Thatchers and a show at the pit house. The owners were immediately old friends. 6If you’re looking for “convenience “ this is not your place. It’s removed and wonderful and needs to stay that wayAbout the house The bed was big and very comfortable and it was so nice to have the hot tub accessible only from the loft. It made it very private. Two bathrooms is definitely a bonus. The “stairs” and rails are a great touch. It’s definitely easier to come down backwards. There are some basic maintenance needs but I have those at my house as well so you’ll be fine. Go do something outside like ride that steep ass chair lift. Hike down if you can. It’s magical.

Private Waterfall…Yes Please!!

Beautiful, unique, and extremely private. The bed was very comfortable, the hot tub was warm and ready for us, and everything was pristine! You can sit in the hot tub with the waterfall directly behind you, and it’s nice because it’s right outside of the bedroom! Check in was easy and checkout even easier! Highly recommend!

It was a getaway for my birthday with my significant other. He and I had an great time! We will definitely be returning again! We both loved every minute. Echo falls

This was a great small cabin for the two of us. Location of cabin is gourgous, ease of access to get to the cabin isnt great with steep grades and rough stone roads and signage could be alot better. Truck or suv would be ideal for road conditions. Spiral staircase isnt ideal for heavy luggage or ease of access to bedroom. Very clean cabin. Door locks, light switches need some attention.

We never received our check in instructions and the directions we did get took us too the middle of nowhere, leaving us stranded for 5 hrs trying to get in contact with vrbo and the host.The cabin itself looks nice, however the water is well water which is not listed and so it all comes out like iron and smells of sewage. We couldn't shower in that, or wash our hands. The steps to the second floor are very steep and the railing has splits in it where your hand can easily get caught and pinched. It looks nice, but thats about it.

It was a pretty nice little cabin ,very secluded! Only complaint I have is the thermostat is set to 85 degrees, it takes FOREVER TO COOL OFF , and it’s absolutely miserable when trying to unpack and get situated. And even worse at bed time. The a/c sucks and can’t keep up. Says that it has a grill ,but it’s like one of the ones used in parks not an actual grill if u ask me

The perfect romantic getaway

My new fiancé (!!!) and I were really looking for a secluded cozy cabin just big enough for the two of us and our dog and we found it here at Echo Hills. The cabin was just as described and was the perfect location for us to get away for a long weekend and apparently get engaged! The drive back to the cabin is no joke with it's winding and hilly gravel roads but can be manageable, we had an SUV so we were good. The cabin has well water, which is to be expected, so expect an iron smell and definitely bring drinking water. We had great views off our deck and it was so quiet listening to the trees and nature. Overall it was truly a comfortable, cozy and magical weekend and we would absolutely be back again. 10/10

Overall nice, definitely be prepared to drive to get too.

We had a great stay. It definitely was wild getting back to the cabin. You must have an SUV or something with AWD or 4WD. Very windy, steep, and inclined to drive back. There is aboit 1.5 flight of steep steps to get into the cabin. The spiral staircase is very steep with small steps up. Overall we loved the seclusion and the hot tub. We had rain so the waterfall was flowing and very pretty. We couldnt get the thermostat to work so one day it was hot and the next night chilly. Our preference is a remote check in- you do have to stop and get the key to get in which is just not our preference. Overall clean. The cabin is very pretty. Thank you for tbe hospitality!

Lipstick on a Pig

We chose this property beca If i could attach pictures you could see for yourself these specific points. use it specifically listed fishing and a waterfall next to the cabin. The lake had been drained and even during an extended rain shower there's no waterfall. The worst is the most dangerous spiral staircase I've seen. There were huge gaps in the construction of the stairs, are very steep with irregular treads. Incredibly dangerous especially when coming down.
