Welcome to CRYSTAL TOWER 1406, a beautifully decorated 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo located on the 14th floor, offering sweeping views of the Gulf of Mexico, the pool, and lazy river. Perfect for families or friends, this condo combines comfort, convenience, and stunning scenery for a memorable Gulf Shores getaway.



The condo features an open layout with a fully equipped kitchen, dining and living areas, and a private balcony for enjoying the view. A full-size washer and dryer, 3 TVs, and free Wi-Fi provide all the modern conveniences for your stay.



Resort amenities include an outdoor pool with hot tub, lazy river, indoor pool, sauna, fitness room, and media room. Charcoal grills are available on a first-come basis, and a climate-controlled walkover provides easy access to the sugar-white beaches. Nearby restaurants and attractions add convenience and fun to your coastal stay.



Parking passes are required and must be purchased onsite via QR code. Fees are set by the HOA and may change.

We had an awesome mini vacation in Gulf Shores—plenty of fun in the sun! Our rental was neat, clean, and cozy, making it the perfect place to come back to after a day at the beach. The only minor downside was the new parking fee (not the owner/renter’s fault) and a few extra guests in other rentals, which made elevator traffic a bit heavier than usual. Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back!

Great time!

This location is great—close to restaurants, activities, and supplies. The pools were wonderful and the beach access is super close. The property managers were very responsive. Would stay here again.

Great first time!

This was our first trip to Gulf Shores. We had a great time. We were there for 5 days and only able to get in the Gulf on our first night. Double Red flags for the rest of our trip meant we got to enjoy the beautiful pool and a local water park. All said, it was a great trip and we will be back again!

Refreshing

Great location with an even greater view. It was good to take a break from the beach fun and spend some time in the pool. And even better to have a place to lay the little ones down for a nap and to relax before hitting the beach again. Would definitely come back for even longer next time.

Perfect getaway

Beautiful property. Balcony was huge! Beds were comfy, and condo was super-clean. Communication was great, too. We needed an extra parking pass, and they were able to get one to us within 30 minutes. The perfect place for our girls getaway. Thanks for a great trip :)

We enjoyed this unit. It was clean and spacious. Fairly well furnished... a few casserole dishes with lids and a few more kitchen towels would have helped. The view and surroundings were great as we enjoyed alot of time on the balcony.

Quiet part of town with beautiful view

Condo was nice and had everything we needed. View was awesome. Property was nice with staff at lobby desk 24/7, outdoor pools were clean (not heated just so you are aware), hot tub by beachside pool was perfect. We didn’t use the indoor pool. Traffic was light so was easy to get around. Definitely recommend this property!

Beautiful location and easy access to beach and pools. The only thing we wished would be different was the key entry -- wishing there was keyless entry. It is extremely difficult to navigate keys with teens running back and forth from the pool/beach having to rely on a key rather than keyless entry, other than that - it was wonderful!

Awesome unit with incredible view.

Thoroughly enjoyed this unit. AC was cold, shower spray was strong and invigorating and beds were comfortable if your preference is firm. Pools were nice but not very deep. Only the inside one had a depth of 5 feet, the rest were 3-4 feet deep at most. Property was well maintained. My only criticism would be to improve checkin instructions by simply stating that to find the keys you first had to take the elevator to the 14th floor to find the stairwell that was referenced in the instructions.

Condo was ok

The condo itself was great right by the beach. However please note you are basically staying at a hotel with a washer/dryer/dishwasher. I’ve stayed at many VRBOs before and every place I’ve stayed at usually has all the necessities like dish soap, laundry detergent, hand wash, spices, k-cups, coffee, etc. You basically get hotel version of hand soap, one roll of toilet paper, one sample size packet of dishwasher soap and laundry detergent, one trash bag. My teenage son was with us so obviously one load of dishwashing soap was not going to cut it with the amount of food that kid eats! You will get nothing for use at the beach and will be told 2 days before your trip to bring all of this. When you are flying it is hard to bring along all of the extra stuff so we bought everything while we were there and basically left it for the next people to use if the cleaners don’t throw it out.

Great property

Great property, nicely decorated. Kitchen well stocked but may want to bring a cookie sheet it pizza pan. It has everything else you would want. Wifi is really slow but you need to detach anyway.
