Located on the ground floor with direct access to the private garden, it is composed of a main room with lounge (TV, internet) equipped with a sofa (140x190cm) equipped with a kitchenette (stove, refrigerator, oven microwave), a bathroom with shower and a bedroom with a double bed (160x200 mattress).
