The holiday paradise for young and old, Lloret de Mar. A gorgeous palm-lined boulevard and a fantastic sandy beach characterise this destination. The hundreds of bars, pubs, clubs and casinos, along with the beach, guarantee 24 hours of holiday fun. Lloret has a great water park with the most intense water slides, but you can also try bungee jumping and parasailing at the beach, or taking a ride on the banana or Jet Ski! Take a trip to Barcelona. Visit one of the many terraces along the Ramblas, or go shopping, but definitely don't forget to check out the most magnificent sights. Gaudi's Sagrada Familia, the artistic Parc Guell, Barri Gotic (the old city centre) and the Stadium FC Barcelona. On a sunny, merry day, one of the botanical gardens invites you for a relaxed walk. Join the Garden Tour and allow yourself to be driven to the botanical gardens, amongst other places. The closest one is that of Santa Clotilde. There are another 2 in the area, namely the Pinya de Rosa and Marimurtra. Both the Garden Tour bus and the local bus has a bus stop along the boulevard of Lloret de Mar. The Costa Brava has a great many lovely (coastal) towns and the hinterlands are a challenge. Whether it's relaxation you seek on one of the delightful sandy beaches, settle down at a cafe terrace or enjoy the extravagant night life, there's always something to do along the lively Costa Brava!
