You are renting T2 "Nil" from La Balma, located in the popular residential area of ​​the ancient Roman city of Tour de Mare, at the end of a dead end with very little traffic. The residence is closed, there is private access and parking. The house is made up of 4 single storey apartments with edible garden (1 T1 28m2 and 3 T2 54m2). The accommodations are new, comfortable, spacious, bright and carefully decorated. They are fully equipped, with kitchens, bathroom, double bed and sofa bed, indoor and outdoor living room, wifi internet and TV.
Possibility of privatizing the whole for professional or family events (wedding, baptism, cousinade, ...).

Exceptional site between land and sea, between Cannes and Saint Tropez and at the foot of the Esterel massif. A geographical location conducive to many activities throughout the year. Land side; hiking, mountain biking, visiting Provencal villages, golf ... Sea side; scuba diving, kite-surfing, foiling, wind-surfing, paddle boarding on the recognized spot of Saint-Aygulf, that's not all, many paragliding sites are close by being on the front reliefs of the Esterel with a splendid view over the bay of Agay. Possibility of storing your sports equipment safely on site.

The apartments are Non-smoking inside (this includes electronic cigarettes).
Pets are accepted at no extra charge but on request, any damage will be charged to the deposit.
La Balma is a place of tranquility, and not a festive place, therefore and in order to respect the tranquility of everyone, music is tolerated as long as it does not cause discomfort to people around.
The sleeping capacities for the apartments are 2 people for the T1 and 4 people for the three T2, except in cases of force majeure we do not accept additional beds.
