A sweet little gem of a condo. Wonderful memories were made. The triple bunk was fun and different and the kitchen was beautiful and well stocked.

If you stay for a day- you want to spend a week. Stay a week and you want to stay for a month. Can I move here??

Great Beach Vacation

Perfect location for a family vacation. The townhouse was so close to the beach, it made it easy to walk and carry all of our bags, chairs and umbrellas down to the beach. We loved the garage with water hose for cleaning off our beach chairs every day! This was one of my favorite beach vacations and we are already planning another trip! The property manager quickly responded to any questions by text with great customer service.

Family Vacation

We really enjoy our stay, We loved the fact that we could leave the beach chairs/ pool toys in the garage and not have to bring them back in the room… We did have 2 vehicles there and wasn’t aware that it only came with one parking pass until we got our check in information and had to $60 for the 2nd parking pass, I feel this needs to be online when making the reservation

Reviewer Comments: Great amenities ~ easy access to the beach & the pool ~ nice restaurants w/in walking distance ~ condo was very nice, clean, & up-to-date ~ there are LOTS of stairs to carry luggage, groceries, etc up to the condo & then like 16 more stairs up to the bedrooms. Other than all the stairs, it was great! 😊

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. These townhomes are so close to the Gulf at least you were at the water in just a few steps. The balcony does have a nice view, it's just from the side because of the way the building sits. We were so glad to have you!!

Perfect Beach Getaway

Reviewer Comments: We have been staying at Gulfside Townhomes for the past 11 years and this is one of the nicest and most accommodating units we have rented so far. They have thought of everything you will need to enjoy your stay and there is a hook or shelf in all of the right places. The easy access to the beach and parking right under your condo can’t be beat. We look forward to our vacation to Gulfside every year and would definitely book #11 again on a future stay.

Excellent property

This property was fabulous- a hidden gem! Some of the things we loved about this property: carport directly under and private entrance made everything so easy, literally steps to the pool and beach, beautifully decorated, kitchen very well equipped, washer and dryer were excellent. Going to the beach was a breeze and so close. Pool was great and never too crowded, even when there were double red flags at the beach. We walked to dinner every night and didn't have to fight parking at restaurants. Our one complaint would be the king bed- you couldn't sit or roll over without it making loud noises or feeling like it would break in two.
