We are renting out our primary residence, a spacious, pleasant, and sunny villa with plenty of open space, both indoors and outdoors, so you can make the most of summer.

Set on a 1,250 m² lot with a beautiful view of the Jura Mountains and the Alps, the property features a heated pool, lovely green spaces including soccer goals for all ages, two living areas, a Weber gas grill, and a small vegetable garden.

This property has an ideal southwest-facing orientation and offers all the amenities you’ll need: a well-equipped kitchen, very spacious living areas, a fully equipped home theater (with a double bed), a mezzanine (with a sofa bed), 2 children’s bedrooms, and 3 lovely master suites with walk-in closets and bathrooms, including 1 adjacent, independent studio. An office, laundry room, and 2 garages round out this property.

This house is fully fenced with an electric gate and a video intercom system for complete peace of mind.
Parking for 4 to 5 cars + outdoor parking.

Divonne-les-Bains, a very international spa town just across the border from Switzerland, is ideally located, with Geneva and Lausanne easily accessible. There are numerous opportunities for mountain hikes, and Lake Geneva (10 min away) is perfect for water sports.
Divonne-Les-Bains is also particularly popular with children thanks to its countless summer activities (Lake Divonne, swimming pool, biking, tree-top adventure courses, shops, etc.). The famous Sunday morning market is also a delight.
