Set on a quiet wooded acre near Lake Texoma, Pelican Acre is made for family lake trips, fishing weekends and groups who want plenty of room to relax together. Just 1½ miles from Alberta Creek Marina, the home offers generous boat and trailer parking, a large game room with pool table and ping pong, a firepit and a huge covered porch—some of our guests’ favorite features.
The spacious 4-bedroom home sleeps up to 13 guests and has an open kitchen and living area designed for gathering.

ACCESSIBILITY
Pelican Acre has a ramped entrance, approximately 35-inch clear front doorway and a completely single-level interior with no steps once inside. The main living, dining, kitchen and bedroom areas are step-free.
Please note that the bathrooms are not fully wheelchair accessible due to narrower doorways and limited maneuvering space, and there is no roll-in shower. If accessibility is important to your stay, please contact us before booking. We are happy to provide specific measurements and additional photos so you can determine whether the home will work for your needs.
