The best location in Breckenridge! Away from the noise and crowds of downtown, our home , situated on over half an acre, affords you quiet and privacy with easy access to all that Breckenridge has to offer!
Commanding outdoor views of the Peak 8 slopes and Bald Mountain abound from inside our home, as well as outside while lounging in the outdoor hot tub. Please check the availability calendar first. We keep it updated daily, or as necessary, for your convenience.
Our home is PET FRIENDLY with owner approval. $75.00 PET FEE with approval.
We've listed successfully with VRBO for over 16 years. Check our reviews and you'll see you can be assured of a worry- free experience.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS: HOW LARGE IS YOUR HOUSE?
-1280 square feet- large enough to comfortably accommodate six guests. Seven is the maximum allowed.
DO YOU RENT TO STUDENTS?
-Generally no. You are welcome to call owner to make special arrangements.
WHEN AND HOW DO I PAY?
This platform's policy over rides our traditional payment structure which was/ is: 50% of the fee is due upon reservation, guaranteeing your dates. The remainder 30 days prior to your arrival date. We prefer credit card payment, but checks are accepted.
WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY?
-your deposit will be refunded if and when your dates are re- booked.
HOW FAR IS THE HOUSE FROM TOWN?
-We're four miles from the town center.
IS THERE PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION?
-No, you'll need a car. The closest stop for the Summit Stage (bus) is at the Grand Lodge on peak 7- about 1.5 miles
CAN (MAY) I BRING MY DOG(S)?
-Yes, with approval. There's a $75.00 pet fee. Your pet is to be caged if left unattended in our home, unless otherwise agreed upon.

FAQ's Continued: HOW FAR IS THE HOUSE FROM THE SKI LIFTS?
-Approximately 3.5 miles to the gondola parking lot. The free parking lot is closer to our house and requires a free bus ride to the gondola.

Perfect winter getaway

From the gas fireplace to the amazing hot tub with a breathtaking view, this house has it all. I'd recommend this to anyone and would definitely stay again.

Fantastic Ski House in Breck

Super close to Peak 7 and convenient to the town of Breckenridge. Great place to stay for a ski weekend. Cozy house with plenty of room for our group. The hot tub hit the spot after a long day on the slopes. We'd love to come back and stay in the summer to hike too.

Great stay on Peak 7!

The property is very convenient to both Breckinridge and Frisco. Well kept up with plenty of room. Hot tub is a great feature. Communication with the property owner was very easy and timely.

Favorite cabin in Breck!

We loved our weekend getaway at your cabin! It was perfect for our family, which includes a 5 year old and 2.5 year old. The kids loved the “Hibernation Station” and had a lot of fun playing in the hot tub and out in the snow. Beautiful views out every window. Can’t wait to come back!

We are a family of four from Illinois that traveled to Breckenridge for spring break. This property was great! It was clean, comfortable, and fun! We enjoyed the fireplace and hot tub. The host is good with communication. We highly recommend this property and would consider staying here again.

Wonderful Mountain Retreat

What a fantastic property. Amazing living room to relax and visit. Kitchen has everything you need. Plenty of hot water for showers. The place is really relaxing and quiet. Hot tub was just what was needed after a day of skiing. Town is only about a 15 minute drive. Loved out stay!

Peaceful and relaxing

A beautiful little piece of heaven. Very clean. It was close enough to town it was a short drive, yet far enough up the mountain we delt like we were the only ones there. I will be recommending to friends and family and will hopefully stay again ourselves in the future!!! Thankyou again for a wonderful week away from home!

Includes all of the comforts of home plus the hot tub!

This home allowed us to comfortably move about and get ready for the wedding we traveled to Breckenridge for. The home was stocked with basic supplies such as paper towels, toilet paper, clean towels, garbage bags and kleenex. Lastly, being a pet friendly property, the comfort of finding a 32" dog bed in the living room made our dog all too comfortable upon our arrival. The area was quiet and relaxing to get out and walk the dog. We can't wait to return!

Perfect Spot

This cozy chalet was absolutely perfect for our ski vacation. Making the trip was myself, my oldest son (23) my youngest son (18) and his best friend. The wife and middle son stayed home for work and school. We each had our own space to sleep. We skied everyday and the hot tub was a blessing after a long day on the slopes. We ate in every night and the kitchen was well stocked for everything we cooked. Just a short 8 minute drive to town yet nestled away, the location was perfect for us. I would highly recommend this spot and look forward to seeing it during the summer months.

Amazing Location!

If you’re not dead set on staying on the ski hill, this is perfect! It’s so close and you get the hang on the gondola parking quickly on day 1. The house is warm and charming and we used the hot tub daily after a day of skiing. The relaxation station upstairs was a great place for our kids to separate a bit when needed. Owner was very communicative if we reached out. We would have loved a full bath upstairs and just misread the listing but big picture, this really isn’t a big deal. We had an amazing time and this home was a great home base for us. Have kids? Downstairs at Erik’s was the best place to take them to eat downtown. Arcade with Golden Tee made it so we could relax and watch football while they hung out. We didn’t eat out much and made most meals at the house but downtown is so wonderful! We’ve done Utah, Montana and other ski towns and while the elevation kicked our butts, Breckenridge will always be a favorite!

Great Vacation

Had a great vacation, owner was very accommodating and quick to respond to any questions. Wildlife in the area was a pleasant surprise. There was a squirrel that liked to eat on one corner of the deck and would follow m around and chatter, also had a fox as a daily visitor. Someone in the neighborhood must have been feeding it as it was maybe a bit too comfortable with humans so don't leave your pets outside unattended. Best of all one afternoon I was sitting on the deck, looked up and there were 4 moose out on the road. The bull was HUGE. We've been coming to Colorado for years and have never been able to get a good moose sighting / photo and to have one basically right in the driveway was unreal.

Beautiful place in a beautiful place

Loved this property. We spent a couple nights here with our adult daughter and two dogs. It was cozy, comfortable and spotlessly clean. We couldn’t have asked for a better place and would definitely book again. Clearly someone’s loved cabin.

Nestled among the trees

The house was clean with a well stocked kitchen. We enjoyed the fireplace every night and the hot tub every day. The house is within a couple of miles of everything you need. Easy to get to the slopes and downtown. Great view of the slopes from the deck. Owner Dave responded quickly to another questions we had. Overall a great experience.

Beautiful area

We had a lovely time at your home. I would only recommend anyone coming from a more humid state to be prepared for very dry heated air. We knew this and brought a small humidifier as we were driving.

Great stay!

Make sure to have your chains or tire socks! This house is up in the mountains 4 miles from town. It is slick and windy. Beautiful area! The house has everything you need. Instacart is available for grocery delivery. The house has great heat system. Appreciate the sleds to use. The layout of the house worked good for my family of four.

Colorado has always been a special place for us. After spending our honeymoon in Summit county nearly three decades ago, we've returned often for the beautiful summer weather, and in the more recent years, to ski. Additionally, in 2015 our oldest daughter chose Summit county as her wedding venue, as did we over 35 years ago!. It's a great family place and our home blends the quiet peacefulness of our Peak 7 neighborhood with the charm and activity of downtown Breckenridge.

-Outdoor Hot Tub! Professionally maintained by Rocky Mtn. Hot Tub Co. And you won't be sharing with your neighbors in condo 4A next door, because there is no next door! We're on over 1/2 acre! Relax and enjoy the silhouettes of the lodge pole pines against the star lit sky. Watch the distant lights of the snow cats as they move about and groom the slopes for another days skiing. Listen to the quiet!
-Pet Friendly! Let us know what your particular needs are and we will try to work with you.
-Plenty of off road parking for three vehicles.
-Summit county's BEST housekeeping company! Our house is spotless and nicely maintained.
