New Construction, Guest house with full kitchen with a Island for setting and a dinning table, opens into living area, with 65 inch TV. One bedroom and Sofa sleeper. Large bath with double sinks , shower and lighted mirrors, washer and dryer. Large deck with Gas grill and Treager smoker to cook on,lots of seating area on a Large out door deck. This home is close to Arches National Park is just 45 minutes away. Goblin Valley State park and the San Rafael Swell 48 minutes from our location.

We used as a base for visiting Canyonland and Arches. Host had place stocked with the little details like dish detergent, laundry detergent, ziploc bags and plastics containers to pack lunches, and frozen ice packs for coolers We loved having plenty of space

Cottage was just as pictured

We had a really nice stay at the cottage. Everything was well maintained and very clean. Would highly recommend if you are ever in Green River.

This place was amazing, perhaps the best we've ever experienced! So modern and clean, well equipped and comfortable - we especially enjoyed the patio, making use of two of the three grills and one of the four available fire tables! Excellent communication from owners & easy check in/check out process, note that there is a 1500 damage deposit (refundable). We would definitely recommend if you want a quiet place to stay with a small town vibe!

Beautiful Property

The property is beautifully finished, including a lovely deck shared with other residentsā€”plenty of space! We loved relaxing on the deck after a long day of hiking! Owners are very nice people and good communicators/helpful! I would definitely stay here again if in the area! Thanks for a great stay!!!

Excellent accomodations

The unit was absolutely top notch and the bed super comfortable. The only downfall is that Green River doesn't have anything going on, which wasn't a problem for us because we were mostly interested in spending time at the Parks.

Great spot in Green River

The property was modern and immaculate. Beautiful furnishings, comfortable bed, top shelf appliances, and a deck that is out of this world. Though Green River itself is a bit run down, it was a great base for us to visit all of the southern Utah National Parks and view the annular eclipse. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Green river trip

Holy smokes!!! This place was beautiful! And brand new! The deck coming off of the main room was spectacularā€¦.. big screen tv, 3 fire pits, Weber bbq, treager smoker, gas flattop, and plenty of seating. Duane and Penny are in the running for ā€œhosts of the yearā€ā€¦. They get my vote! See ya next year! Thanks a million.

Lovely spot in a town that has seen better days

This was a wonderful property...clean, lots of room, everything we needed, and about a 45 minute drive from Arches National Park. Clearly, the town of Green River has seem better days...we made our own meals or had them in Moab. Weather didn't allow us to use the fabulous outdoor patio and grill.

Six stars

We canā€™t overstate how nice this property is. It is brand new. We used this house as a base for seeing 5 different parks in 5 days. It was a great central location. The patio deck is a complete outdoor kitchen with multiple fire pit seatings. The beds were extremely comfortable (including the pullout sofa). Green river has several good places to eat which we took advantage of in the evenings after days of sightseeing/hiking. Our hosts were so accommodating and tended to our every need. We will make every effort to stay here again if we are in the area!

Everything was great ! the house was clean and bright, well decorated and had everything we needed. Easy to get to and a good 'base of operations' for access to the trails in the area, moab and canyonlands. Penny was quick to answer any questions and responded in minutes. Felt welcome and at home - will be back the next time we head out to moab and have already recommended the place to friends.

The home was very nice, clean and conveniently located to the areas we wished to visit, Goblin Valley, Nine Mile Canyon, The Swell, Dead Horse State Park, Arches and Canyonlands. Everything in the home is very new and the owners obviously take pride in maintaining it. There is an amazing patio, but weather did not cooperate for us to use it this time, hopefully next time. Parking was off the street, on a large cement driveway, with a covered area that was plenty large for our full size 4x4 truck. We definitely will be looking to stay here again.

Western Adventure

Green River is small and quiet. The town is convenient to several national parks and is a good base. The guest house is extremely comfortable and well equipped. The outside patio area is comfortable and inviting. We had a great stay.

This place gets the highest rank among all bnb's we have ever stayed in. Hosts are transparent about all amenities, no hidden surprises....Seamless access. So clean!!! Wonderful!

This newer construction unit was a great place to call home for a week while we explored the sites and National Parks of Utah. There was plenty of space, it was beautifully decorated, well stocked for cooking, comfy furniture/bed, loved the giant rain shower head, and the washer/dryer were much appreciated! The fire table on the deck was also a bonus. We enjoyed the artwork throughout the unit and the background info on the artist(s)! The area is a bit under developed but away from the hustle and bustle of Moab. A few tasty restaurants (our favorite was Rayā€™s) and a nice little grocery store nearby. Enjoyed the local museum and itā€™s nice gift shop too!

Worth every penny!

We loved our stay here. It was modern, clean, and full of amenities. Close to the highway, gas stations, and grocery store. Only 30-45 minutes to Arches NP. We took full advantage of the laundry, outdoor space and grills. Highly recommend!

Beautiful oasis

This is a perfect place to stay especially if you donā€™t care to be in Moab and want to visit Arches and Canyonlands. Itā€™s brand new and it was built and furnished beautifully. Walk in shower was awesome as was the entire bathroom. Bed was great with black out curtains in the bedroom if you wanted to sleep in. Kitchen was furnished with everything you need as well. We love having a private outdoor space and thereā€™s was right outside the door with an amazing deck with nice furniture, grills and fire tables. It had a canopy to protect you from the sun and a garage to protect you from the wind. All in all, it was perfect for us!
