Free communal parking is available in front of the residence.
The well-ventilated studio has 2 opposite windows with mosquito nets. It also has a large ceiling fan and a small mobile fan. The accommodation can accommodate 2 people, it is rented in its entirety and allows good quality internet access by Ethernet cable or optional WIFI.

The accommodation includes:

* kitchenette side: china cabinet, utensils and crockery for 4 people, large fridge-freezer, 4-burner gas or ceramic hob, microwave oven, traditional oven, extractor host, pressure cooker toaster, kettle, coffee maker.

* Dining area with table, chairs and ceiling fan.

* Bedroom part: a 140 cm bed, for 2 people, equipped with a firm and comfortable mattress, wardrobe, table, chairs, TV and fan

* Closed bathroom with shower, sink, toilet and window
with mosquito net.

* Private balcony or small garden, sea side, fenced, equipped with table and chairs for 2 people.

Several barbecues and large tables as well as a garden shower and a communal washing machine are available in the common, shaded and fenced garden of the residence.

* Services in the residence: rental of muscle mountain bikes or
electric assistance, semi-rigid zodiac with motor (without license),
car delivered to Bastia airport.

* Activities provided directly by the host: outing on a large offshore sailboat, flying over Corsica in a tourist plane.
