2 bedroom houseboat in Cergy

Wooden houseboat with a deck in a natural setting on the banks of the Oise River in the heart of the village of Cergy, 45 minutes from Paris. The Cergy-Neuville recreation center is a 5-minute walk away.

My 14-meter-long houseboat is moored in a very quiet part of the Port-Cergy marina.

Local shops are also just 5 minutes away, including numerous restaurants, a convenience store, a bakery, a butcher shop, a pharmacy, and a bar-tobacco shop.


The roof features a 30-square-meter terrace furnished with a sofa, two armchairs, and a coffee table; a dining table, six chairs, and two folding chairs; as well as a sunshade. A small, landscaped ground-level terrace of approximately 8 m² with a parasol is located on the lower level in front of the entrance, furnished with a table and two chairs.

Two folding bicycles are available for your use during your stay.

The interior, with a floor area of approximately 40 m², features a living room with a 160 double sofa bed, one cabin with a 90 single bed, and one master cabin with a 180 double bed.
Built entirely of wood, the insulation is excellent, with no concerns about moisture. The double-glazed windows ensure absolute quiet once you’re inside.
The living room is equipped with a wood-burning stove, a TV with a set-top box, and Wi-Fi
The dining table comes with 2 extension leaves.

The kitchen is equipped with an oven, a 4-burner gas stove, a fridge-freezer, a microwave, an ice maker, a vacuum cleaner, a multifunction food processor, a capsule coffee maker, and a toaster.
Mineral water, coffee, tea, sugar, salt and pepper, spices, and oil are provided upon your arrival (please restock them during your stay).

The bathroom is equipped with a large shower, one sink, and one toilet.

Sheets and towels are provided upon arrival, and everything is ready for you to settle in.
If needed, you have access to a washing machine and dryer at the harbor office, which can be used with tokens sold there.

A peaceful atmosphere surrounded by ducks and swans. The harbor has several restaurants with outdoor seating. Secure and private access.

Many recreational activities at the Cergy Leisure Island: a 5,000 m² beach where swimming is permitted, a water ski lift, a surf wave, kayaking and stand-up paddleboarding, walking or biking trails around the ponds, a high ropes course...

For safety reasons on board, children under 16 are not permitted.
