Discover serene peace by the lake at this captivating pristine three-bedroom, three story vacation home in Zephyr Cove NV. Minutes from Stateline NV and South Lake Tahoe CA. Fun and adventure begins here. Soak up the sun by the seasonal pool or unwind in the community hot tub. Outdoor activities include tennis and pickleball. Enjoy cozying up by our fireplace as you view free movies on the large smart TV with streaming apps and cable channels. Prepare delectable meals in the large modern fully stocked gourmet kitchen, equipped with induction stove, microwave oven, refrigerator, and more. Or cook on the outdoor grill. Gather around the dining table or expansive granite island and savor your creations. Step out onto the balcony and take in the unmatched breathtaking lake views and stunning sunsets with a glass of wine or cup of cocoa while sitting around the outdoor firepit.

Venture out and explore the nearby top attractions including several Casinos, Heavenly Village and Gondola, the Tahoe Events Center, beaches, skiing, hiking, concerts, golf, and much more, all just a short 5 minute drive away. Back at the property, challenge your friends to a game of pool in our game room or enjoy our selection of board games, music, or movies by the fire. Just a few steps away on our forested property you will find several walking trails. In addition we offer free WiFi as well as a desk/computer work center. For your convenience you can keep your wardrobe fresh with the in-unit washer and dryer. We have three beautifully furnished bedrooms, with all new high-end queen mattresses and pristine bedding. Each bedroom provides individual heating and air conditioning units for your comfort. There are 3.5 baths, one ensuite, All have the essential amenities including fluffy white bath towels, make up removal towels, as well as other complimentary items. This vacation home offers the perfect blend of fun, comfort, convenience, and mountain elegance for your Lake Tahoe getaway.

We spent our 25th wedding anniversary at this beautifully decorated snowboard townhouse and it is an amazing place!! Every detail was perfect, such kind hosts who take great care of their guests. The place is super clean, kitchen is amazing and the view of the lake and mountain is unimaginable! We stay at a lot of places and this is definitely at the top!! Perfect in every way.

We had a wonderful stay at this Tahoe home. The mountain and lake views were stunning, especially from the cozy fireplace and hot tub after a day of hiking. The location made it easy to enjoy all that Tahoe has to offer. The kitchen was well-stocked with essentials and the deck perfect for grilling flap steak from a local Mexican butcher. Evans American Gourmet (fine dining) was by far our favorite restaurant.

We had a wonderful 40th Anniversary stay. The view is totally amazing of the lake and mountains. Beautiful sunsets. The host is very communicative and amenities were excellent. The condo is so so comfy (even my hubby agreed) it's hard to want to leave it. The kitchen is total well supplied and so fun to cook in and enjoy the view that it offers. Bedrooms are all decorated so nice with a great cabin feel, and the cabin feel carry's out through the entire place.Location is also great so close to grocery stores, restaurants and shopping and then you come home to the stunning view.So look no further this is the place you want to stay at if you're in this area.I've stayed many places and this was my favorite.

Beautiful townhome exactly as described online. Beautifully decorated, very clean, special personal touches throughout the home, overall very warm welcome with messages and treats, and excellent communication with the owners. The location is very convenient to many local attractions and the view of the mountains and lake is stunning.

Breathtaking views!!! We had such a wonderful time! The condo was beautifully decorated and it had everything you could possibly need. The beds were extremely comfortable and everything was very clean. There was even a basket of goodies, wine and a beautiful cutting board on our arrival. Our family loved the games and the pool table, but our favorite was relaxing on the deck with our coffee in the morning with the amazing view of the lake. We’ve stayed many places and I think this is our favorite thus far!!

This home was perfect. Above and beyond clean, which is of most importance to me. But the views!!! Pictures cannot truly depict how amazing they are. Close to town too.

Excellent stay!

Mark and Brenda were excellent hosts! The home is beautiful with a stunning view of Lake Tahoe. It has everything you need. We loved the attention to detail with the decor and the modern kitchen was a joy to cook in. We visited to ski Heavenly and the home is close to Boulder and Stagecoach lodges. Would absolutely stay here again!

Fabulous place to stay in Tahoe

This property is amazing! Pristine condition with high end finishes and decor. The view of the lake and mountains exceeded our expectations. The firepit and bar b que were a great addition to the property. Location was outstanding. There are no negatives. We will keep this property on file for our next time in Tahoe.

Spectacular. A 5 star place. Now a days you never know about VRBO'S. WELL look no further. Your in good hand here.We were there 6 days. Ended up eating in 4 night's. Gourmet kitchen. You'll love the beautiful views. Drinks every night around the firepit. Location, location, location.

Amazing place! It's rare when pictures don't do a house justice. Views are amazing! Nicely updated interior! Great location close to state line and South Lake Tahoe. Owner even left a note with a bottle of wine for us! Would totally stay there again.

Perfect Townhouse with a Gorgeous View

Beautiful townhouse with everything you could possibly need and an amazing view of the lake. Super close to town also. The owners are super sweet and have put a lot of attention to detail in their beautiful home. Would love to stay here again!

Perfect Family Getaway

We enjoyed the nicely decorated and furnished home. Light and airy, great view, fun pool table, many bathrooms, nicely appointed with towels and beach chairs, etc. We also enjoyed the community pickleball courts and pool. Very relaxing space close to everything we wanted to do!

Great Location

This was a perfect place for our family of 4 to stay. Each person had their own room and plenty of space, the kitchen was well equipped and the view from the balcony was spectacular- we enjoyed it every night. And the location for access to anything in South Lake Tahoe was perfect.

This rental is spacious, in very clean condition, and has a beautiful view of the lake. Property owner was very communicative and made sure we had everything we needed. I would definitely stay here again.
