This 2 bedroom and 2 bath Emerald Bay Condo has it all! Walk in level from parking, engaging main channel view, the perfect couples retreat! The lakeview master bedroom offers a king bed and private master bath with access to the private balcony. The second bedroom is furnished with a queen bed and a seating area. This condo is nicely appointed with leather furniture and the open floor plan offers a fantastic lakeview from almost the entire condo. Enjoy a fully equip kitchen with a Jen-Aire stove and oven, cable TV, Netflix and Wi-Fi throughout. The Emerald Bay Complex is well kept and offers an outdoor seasonal swimming pool, tennis court with a basketball hoop. Emerald Bay is in the Four Seasons area and is one of the first complexes down Horseshoe Bend Parkway from Bagnell Dam Blvd. This condo is close to all the lake area attractions and restaurants including Baxter's, JB Hooks and the historic Bagnell Dam Strip area. Boat rentals are nearby and a little further down Horseshoe Bend Parkway you will find two Four Seasons Golf Courses, Shady Gators and The H Toad Entertainment Complex. As you can see, this is the perfect condo for a couples retreat or small family! You can always book with confidence through Four Seasons Property Management, Lake of the Ozarks! Location was great very clean. The only thing was the master bathroom shower did not have any pressure. The other bathroom had great pressure. I would stay here again.

Great location

Comfortable condo in a good location in Emerald Bay. The condo was very clean, although the decor and the kitchen were a little dated. Overall good stay.

Nice location with a great view of the lake. Really enjoyed the deck and the turtles were fun to watch. Lots of amenities but could use some updating to the condo.

We immediately felt at home in our vacation condo. Furnishings were comfortable, and the property was roomy. The property was quiet, convenient to lake activities, and impeccably clean.

Weekend getaway

Needed a short weekend getaway to the found this condo on the water with great views… The condo had everything you needed for cooking and extra activities…. Would recommend it and look forward to stay there again

Beware of aggressive tow service

1. Aggressive and expensive towing - I didnt get my “blue tags” on my car IMMEDIATELY after arrival and my car was towed away under my nose. 6 miles away to be exact and will cost over $300 to get it back. 2. No place to swim, fish, or enjoy the Lake at the complex. All the docks say “OWNERS ONLY” and there is NO shore to stand on. 3. Tennis court is in ruins. 4. Basketball backboard is broken and has 3 wasp nests growing in it. 5. Pools are small. 6. Driveway is treachorously steep. 7. Security is aggressive by calling towing company without notice or barely even time to put your tag on. 8. Hillbillies everywhere. Lots of cussing, rap music, and red necks at the pool. 9. The property manager, John Custer, does not know how to speak to his customers. Upon contacting him regarding the towing issue, he directed me to info in the condo that was out of date. Old info regarding tags and old phone numbers posted on the refrigerator. 10. The condo is old and outdated. Window frames, mirrors on the wall, kitchen table, fireplace surround, doors, walls, carpet, shower fixtures, kitchen cabinets, etc all look like they are from the 1980s. Time for an update…its 2022. 11. Trash dumpster is far away and trash was overflowing with garbage all over the bin area.

We loved our time at 250 Emerald Bay.

We loved our time at 250 Emerald Bay. It was decorated beautifully and had everything you needed! We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this location. The place was nicely decorated and had a seemless checking in and out process. John allowed us to borrow a cooler for our boat adventures, as we had forgotten ours. They were awesome! Always timely in their response and very helpful!!! The Property Management group was extremely helpful when we had inquiries. John communicated quickly with us on any questions.

The property and Four Seasons staff are outstanding.

The property and Four Seasons staff are outstanding. I will be back. Every time I communicated with the Four Seasons team they were friendly, knowledgeable and had immediate answers to any of my questions. I will definitely use them for vacation rentals again.

The location to our meetings were less than 2 miles.

The location to our meetings were less than 2 miles. It is conveniently located near the lake, restaurants, and shopping. The unit we stayed in was like walking into a home. The decorations were nice. The furniture was comfortable, the view was beautiful. I wish we could have stayed longer. The property manager was super friendly and very helpful.

Nice lake weekend

The condo location was great. We loved the attached deck overlooking the lake. The kitchen was equipped with every kitchen tool imaginable. There was plenty of room to spread out comfortably. The beds were comfortable. My only complaint was the interior smelled like smoke. I would also recommend taking up the carpeting and putting in some type of hard surface floor.

Awesome place.

Awesome place. Great view of the Main Channel. Walk-in level so you don’t have to lug your luggage up and down stairs. Very clean condo. Had anything you could want as far as shampoo if you forgot it. Even had shot glass to mix drinks. Wonderful condo!!! It was very easy to work with the staff. Awesome service. They replied quickly to concerns I had. Very easy to work with

Good location-clean-nice patio area with grill

This property worked out great for four adults wanting this area of the Ozarks. No steps to climb to enter unit. Patio area is nice. Work out area affiliated with condo could use an update. Pools are decent. Host called to check in with us prior to arrival which was nice.

The stay was really good! We enjoyed every minute The condo was very nice and clean and it was walk in level and the deck had a wonderful view of the lake! The only one we worked with is John Custer and he was fantastic! John Custer was great in helping us get just the right condo for us and when we had a concern once there he came right away to take care of it!
