This unit has two bedrooms, a King in the master and a king in the guest bedroom with an additional loft space that includes a queen bed and a twin trundle bed. So bring the kids!! Private pool for Beachwalker owners and guest along with direct beach access. One assigned covered parking spot comes with this unit. No more driving around hoping there is a spot.

This condo was perfect for us. We were two adult couples visiting the area for five days. Each couple had a king size bed and bathroom. The furniture was comfotable throughout the unit. The location was lovely - beautiful views of the ocean, a lovely canopy of trees in other areas. There were some nearby restaurants and a grocery store.Our only tiny complaint was we wished there was a 12 inch frying pan for eggs in the morning. There was an 8" and 10" but the larger would have been helpful. Dishes, utensils and glasses for at least 8 and plenty of oven and stove top items.We will stay again if back in the area.

This is a lovely location. The condo is bright and cheerful, with a gorgeous pool and very easy access to the beach. We had six people and with the lift that worked well. There are some things that need repair.The building is showing its age.

Great week!

My family enjoyed our stay at 1156 Beachwalker. We stayed there two years ago and the kitchen and bathrooms and laundry had all been upgraded...as well as tv service and fresh paint. Very nice. We love the location. The elevator went on the fritz one day late in the week but when I called the rental agency they were prompt in finding out what was going on and calling me back. Turns out the elevator had just been fixed so didn't take them long to fix the problem (about a day). It rained a good bit that week, but we found other things to do and there were games to play in the condo. Thanks so much. We will look forward to coming back.

Great stay at Amelia

Great location! Easy walk to beach and pool. There are steps in the apartment and down to the beach but unless you have mobility issues, not enough to be a problem. The pool was beautiful! The beach was nice, but it was really windy while we were there, so the waves were really big. It was one of the most pleasant beaches that I have ever been to! No crowds, no loud music, no large noisy groups. It was a great family atmosphere, and I loved that. It was also nice to ride our bikes on the beach. There were bike trails to ride that were accessible from the parking lot and a bike trail to the beach. We also saw people using this access with wheelchairs, etc, and it was just a short walk through the parking lot. The apartment was very spacious. I loved the large windows with ocean views. I could see my husband and oldest grandson at the beach/pool from the deck while the little one was napping! Small but well equipped kitchen. Supplied with trash bags, dishwasher/pods, dish soap, coffee, and paper towels. The beds were very comfortable, air conditioning worked great, the upstairs loft was way more spacious than it looked in the pictures. There were only 4 of us but my grandkids used the loft to chill and play their Nintendo. It was very quiet with almost no outside noise at night. The full size washer and dryer was great and there was a small bottle of laundry detergent. The only cons would be the small sets of steps going to each level, and the bathrooms are small.

Great location, but

We could not have asked for a more amazing view and being able to use the Omni amenities was great. The unit itself needs maintenance and a deep cleaning.

Great week with Caveats

We've stayed at a nearby development for the last 6 years. This was the first year at this property and this condo. Features we especially enjoyed: Great view, elevator, boardwalk ends close to the beach, covered parking place, 3 tv's, good appliances, nice W/D. Features that could use work...more coffee mugs (only 5), add dustpan, clean the vacuum cleaner, access to sports channels (yes, I know we were at the beach but there were games, events our sports crazy family would like to have seen at night). Tell people what their limits are for TV. FYI...VERY small bathrooms and a galley kitchen (hard for more than 1-2 people to be in there at a time). These were minor irritants but good to know prior to arriving. All in all, a good trip. Would we rent this unit again? Not sure...would depend upon other availability and rates. We especially enjoyed being in the Beachwalker complex. It wasn't very crowded the week we were there.

May Getaway

This is a beautiful condo with an amazing view. The unit could have been a little cleaner as far as dust/hair under beds, corners, baseboards, etc. Although the chairs were very comfortable, the sofa was not. These were minor issues but worth mentioning. The management company responded immediately when notified the Keurig was not working. A new replacement was delivered within hours. Make sure the early risers sleep in the loft as sound carries but this was not an issue for us. Overall we were pleased and would rent again.

My family has a wonderful Spring break here. The property was safe and provided plenty of room for everyone. Amazing ocean views, sunsets on the back porch, quiet and safe location. Loved our stay and will absolutely return!

Beautiful View and Great Location

We’ve been visiting the Plantation for the past twenty years, and this was a great location. We were visiting with our three children and the condo offered plenty of space. The condo is bright, nicely decorated and has beautiful beach views. We watched sunrises from the balcony and enjoyed sunsets over the marsh from the bedroom windows. Great pool for the kids and easy access to the beach. There are plenty of food options and activities in the Plantation. I highly recommend the location.

Wonderful week

Beds were so comfortable everyone slept well, location to the beach was perfect. We loved the bike trails and enjoyed the pool and beach every day. Kitchen was WELL equipped, dining area was more than adequate for our group of 5. Plenty of towels, bedding and pillows for all sleeping areas. Living room chairs were great though the couch could of been a little more cozy. Overall excellent week and we would love to visit again!

Amelia Island Plantation is a great location. The bike trails and walking trails very were nice to have. The view from the condo is amazing. The AC may need a little work. On hot days, it struggled to keep the upstairs cooler than 76/75 degrees.
