Sunny and spacious one-bedroom apartment filled with plants and artwork. Located on the second floor of a two-flat in UIC area. The bedroom features a queen-size bed (medium-firm), feather and down pillows, down duvet, and cotton sheets. The bathroom has all your essentials: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, bath towels, hand towels, bath mats, and a hair dryer. The kitchen is equipped with all the basic cooking equipment, a microwave, a tea kettle, a coffee grinder, a Bonavita Coffee Maker, an Aeropress, and roasted coffee. The dining room table has a printed house manual that includes my contact info, emergency contact info, Wi-Fi password, check-out procedures, details about the neighborhood, and local recommendations.

The apartment is filled with natural plants. Please be kind to them. Please note, I have security cameras in the front and the back doors for security purposes. Street parking can be found on the main street and some side streets, but do read the signage, as some streets have parking limits or are residential permit parking only. I share this house with my parents who live on the 1st floor.
