On the first floor there are 5 bedrooms: a bedroom with a bed of 1.35 cms, travel cot and bathroom, 1 bedroom with 2 beds of 1.05 cm each and bathroom and 2 bedrooms with 2 beds each 1 , 05 cms and without bathroom in room. Bathroom in the hall. On the second floor there are 2 bedrooms: a bedroom with a double bed and another bedroom with two 80 cm beds. Bathroom with tub to share. Total beds: 2 of 90 cm, 2 of 80 cm, 6 of 1.05 cm, 1 of 1.35 cm and 1 of 1.30 cm. It has a closed garage for one or two cars and storage. The bathrooms have a hydromassage column except for the one located on the second floor and the service one.
The beds have mattresses and viscoelastic pillows of 20 cms with the exception of the individual ground floor room whose mattress is springs.
