La Parenthèse: House with private pool & garden

🏡 La Parenthèse is a family house of 115m², completely renovated, which can accommodate up to 9 adults/children, with the possibility of installing 2 cots.

Outside, you will enjoy a fenced garden of 1,200m², a secure private swimming pool (8m × 4m - depth 1.40m) equipped with an electric shutter, as well as a large partly shaded terrace, perfect for your meals and moments of relaxation.

🛋️ Spacious and comfortable interior
The house consists of:
‧ Large bright living room with open kitchen, dining room and living room
‧ Master suite with double bed (160 cm), shower room, WC and direct access to the swimming pool
‧ 2 bedrooms with double bed (140 cm)
‧ 1 family room with bunk bed (double bed 140 cm lower + single bed 90 cm high)
‧ Bathroom with bathtub and sink
‧ Separate toilet

🌿 Exteriors & Amenities
At your disposal:
‧ Electric plancha
‧ Complete outdoor furniture: table, chairs, sunbeds, deckchairs, armchairs, parasol and pool robot
‧ 2 hammocks, volleyball net, mölkky and some pool games.

👶 For babies: 2 cots, 1 high chair, baby bath, changing mat, baby crockery, potty.

❄️ Air conditioning is installed in the main room. The bedrooms are not air-conditioned, but 3 out of 4 bedrooms are north-facing, offering better coolness in summer.

🧺 Linen
Bed linen and towels (2 per person) are provided for stays of 7 nights or more. For shorter stays, this is optional at the rate of:
‧ Double bed: 12 € / bed
‧ Single bed: 9 € / bed
‧ Towels (1 large + 1 small): 4 € / person
Pool towels are not provided (please bring your own).

🏊 Swimming pool
The pool is not heated. We can therefore not guarantee a precise temperature, especially in May, June and September. However, it is equipped with an electric shutter, which promotes the rise in temperature during the day and limits heat loss at night.

🔇 Neighbourhood
The house is not isolated and neighbours are nearby. We simply ask that you respect the calm, especially after 10 pm, in order to preserve good neighbourly relations. Thank you for your understanding.

📄 Insurance
You will be asked for a certificate of civil liability - holiday guarantee before your arrival. This is a free extension of your home insurance, provided by your insurer.

🔑 Sarah, from the Serenity Home Concierge, will greet you on arrival and will remain available throughout your stay to answer your questions about the operation of the house, intervene if necessary or advise you on activities and visits in the area.
