Loutsa Chalet: High-End Chalet with Jacuzzi in Châtel

Authentic atmosphere with a modern twist

LARGE VOLUMES,
The Loutsa chalet was built in 2015, it was designed to welcome family and friends in a friendly atmosphere. It is very functional and very cosy at the same time. Everyone will find their place and space. The main living room of 60m2 full height hosts an open kitchen, a beautiful and large table, the living room and its fireplace and an isolated TV area.
Access is via a staircase of about fifteen steps.
Pets are allowed with our prior agreement.

COMFORT and QUALITY OF EQUIPMENT
All the chalet's equipment is of high quality and comfort: professional quality bedding, fully equipped kitchen (automatic bean coffee machine, traditional grinding raclette, food processor, traditional oven, microwave oven, fridge/freezer, induction hob...), billiards, electronic darts, jacuzzi, ski or bike room, boot warmers, outdoor gas barbecue, RJ45 sockets, roller shutters...

DECORATION DESIGN
The decoration of the spaces has been particularly careful for a warm and modern atmosphere at the same time. You will feel at home as soon as you enter.
The 5 bedrooms are real cocoons, with storage spaces and accompanied by 4 bathrooms (2 bathrooms are adjoining the master bedrooms, and 2 family bathrooms with bathtub)

LE VILLAGE DE CHÂTEL, Ski area Les Portes du Soleil
Châtel is an authentic village in the Abondance Valley, located in the heart of the French Alps on the magnificent Portes du Soleil area which stretches between Switzerland and France (link with Avoriaz, Morzine, Les Gets, La Chapelle d'Abondance on the French side and with Les Crosets, Morgins, Champéry, Torgon, Champoussin on the Swiss side)
A free shuttle bus is located near the chalet (60m) to drop you off in the centre of the village in 5 minutes (access from Super Châtel) or to drop you off directly from the Linga ski lifts (10 minutes).

This chalet includes:

On the Ground Floor:
- Fully equipped kitchen
- Dining room
- Living room with sofas and wood-burning fireplace
- Secluded TV area
- South-facing terrace
- 1 bathroom with bath and toilet

On the 1st floor:
- Refuge dormitory with 4 beds 80X200
- Mezzanine, games area, billiards and darts

Lower Level:
- Bedroom 1: a double bed (160/200) and its en-suite bathroom (shower and toilet), access to the terrace
- Bedroom 2: a double bed (160/200) and its en-suite bathroom (shower and toilet), access to the terrace
- Bedroom 3: a double bed (160/200), access to the terrace
- Bedroom 4: 4 bunk beds (80/200)
- 1 bathroom with bath and toilet
- Jacuzzi on Terrace

A covered parking space is available in front of the chalet. Other parking spaces are available in the surrounding area. You also have the option of reserving spaces in the underground parking lot in the centre of the village for an additional fee.

Mandatory cleaning fees in addition (300€), for an impeccable welcome.
Household linen (beds, toilets, kitchen) is available for rent at a rate of €20 per person.
One pet per stay is allowed (with prior agreement), an additional 50€ will be requested to cover additional cleaning costs.
Deposit: 1500 €
