You and your group can also enjoy close proximity to five amazing golf courses - Toccoa Farms, Butternut Creek, Copper Basin, Old Union, and Whitepath. It features many terrific amenities for your next family reunion or get-together with friends. Challenge someone to a game of pool in the billiards room, then kick back in the hot tub with a glass of wine and a good novel. Head down to the river for a bit of trout fishing, then use the full kitchen to cook up a fish dinner with lots of great side dishes. Serve it up on the covered, wraparound porch while taking in stunning views of the surrounding mountains.

You're seven miles from downtown Blue Ridge and 10 miles from McCaysville, so you'll never be without something new to do. Visit Lake Blue Ridge for swimming areas, fishing, campsites, and boating. Go tubing, kayaking, or paddleboarding on the Toccoa River or golf at one of the many local courses. Blue Ridge Mountain Kayaking is just over 10 miles away and offers some of Georgia's best nature views and fishing. Plus, Harrah's Cherokee Casino is less than 25 miles away.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
