Large chalet of 180 m2 in a luxury private area 5 minutes walk from the center of the village of Allos. Thus, thanks to a free shuttle in winter which leads to the resort of Seignus, you will access all the shops (Carrefour contact, bakery, delicatessen, tobacconist, press...), bars, café and restaurants.<br>Free shuttle to the seignus, saves you from having to take your vehicle. Access to the Foux d'Allos and The light area is preferable by car, shuttles being quite rare.<br>Typical log construction combining modernity and mountain atmosphere, in absolute comfort and a neat decoration.<br>Composed of 3 levels:<br>- Level 1: Kitchen-dining room with table for 12 people, a relaxation room, a double bedroom, a shower room and toilet<br>- Level 2: 2 bedrooms; one double and one with 2 single beds, a bathroom + toilet; a TV relaxation area with large corner sofa (convertible), large balcony with splendid views of the mountains and the slopes.<br>- Level 3: 2 bedrooms; one double (balcony with a view of the slopes) and one with 4 single beds, 1 bathroom and toilet.<br>A basement will allow you to store equipment, you will also find a laundry room (washing machine and dryer), storage and a games room ideal for entertaining the little ones.<br>The chalet allows everyone to have their own space, both for young and old.<br>The large terrace allows you to have your meals or aperitifs, in relaxation mode while enjoying the view and the sun.<br>The chalet is equipped with all the equipment for 12 people in terms of crockery, household appliances (raclette machine, fondue, crepies, croque monsieur, waffle...), PS: household linen included (towels, sheets, duvet cover, pillowcase, cleaning by a professional..)<br>Wifi and iMac available<br>In winter, for snow sports enthusiasts, 2 resorts are nearby. Access by aerial cableway to the resort of Seignus is a 5-minute walk away in the town centre of Allos or the resort of La Foux d'Allos is a 10-minute drive or free shuttle bus away. This resort offers a ski area communicating with the resort of Praloup.<br>Several hiking or snowshoeing departures are accessible without the need to take the car.<br>The water sports centre, open in winter and summer, is located 5 minutes away on foot. It is ideal for keeping children and adults busy. There are water games in summer (pedal boats, kayaks, water slides), tennis courts, volleyball, badminton, table tennis, zip lines, fitness areas, children's games, etc.<br>Access is only paid in the summer at very reasonable prices.<br><br>In summer, the resort of Seignus is transformed into a downhill mountain bike trail.
