It is on the heights of Sergeac, a typical village of the Périgord Noir, located in the canton of Montignac-Lascaux, that you will discover the House "Les Charmes de Salon" nestled in a private hamlet.
The house, located in the heart of a 40-hectare private estate, benefits from an ideal geographical location. It is located in the middle of the golden triangle bringing together Les Eyzies (Cro-Magnon man), Montignac (the Lascaux IV caves) and Sarlat (the medieval city).
This old air-conditioned stable has been completely renovated with materials from the region. An interior designer helped us in the choice of colors and furniture to offer you a space of 130 m2 full of charm and refinement.
We welcome you with a local basket on your arrival to taste the delicacies of our region.
When you enter the living room, your eye will be drawn to the exceptional view that is offered to you.
The living room opens onto a 3-meter bay window that extends the space onto a 120m2 exotic wood terrace.
For early risers, you will have the chance to see deer that will accompany you during your breakfast.
During the day, you can relax in a private and heated swimming pool of 4.5*11m with a double terrace of 100 m2 in exotic wood and natural stone and the soft rocking of the song of the cicadas...
In the evening, you can enjoy the terrace of the house, having a drink with family or friends facing the magnificent Château du Manègre located in the neighbouring town.
The 3 bedrooms are equipped with 43-inch flat screen TV.
The house "Les Charmes de Salon" enjoys a privileged location. Located on a high point, it dominates the Vézère valley. The 40 hectares of the property offer you an exceptional view and give this place calm and serenity.
Below, the heart of the small village of Sergeac bordered by high cliffs at the foot of which many prehistoric sites have been discovered that can still be visited today.
The presence of this very ancient heritage, the proximity of the river, the picturesque and diversified relief of this valley with beautiful landscapes make hiking very pleasant thanks to a good marking of the paths in the context of a large afforestation and a very varied vegetation.
Also not to be missed are the typical and friendly farmers' markets in the various surrounding municipalities.
