3. A Suite at another, even lower price for this walk out lower level 1,700 sq ft suite with a kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 baths and a family room.

I did not want to scare renters away with the rental price of all our things built into the price. It is kind of Ala Cart. Pay for what you need or want. No need to pay for things you do not want.
