LAKEFRONT Mini-Resort Sleeps 32! Pool, hot tub, kayaks, fire pits, & more!

This is a beautiful four-home, lakefront mini-resort with in-ground pool and 300 feet of shoreline, surrounded by woods at the ridges of Appalachia. It is full of beautiful acreage, surrounded by woods, and BREATHTAKING views! It is accompanied by a pool and hot tub area, volleyball, horseshoe, a boat ramp, kayaks, wood burning fire pit, all included! We even have a playground for the little ones with an in-ground trampoline!

Waterfront resort combines four homes to sleep 32! The homes are a combination of a 1930 Historic homes and three of our newer homes, all up to the standards and expectation of modern times. 8 Bedrooms and 8 bathrooms with other nooks and lofts to sleep. All buildings are in walking distance of each other & this property is accompanied by a private pool. PLEASE see below for the bedroom configuration to make sure it works for you.

Have boats or watercraft of your own? Bring them! We have a boat ramp right onsite and plenty of room for your trailers, as well as docking. Play volleyball, corn hole, ladder golf, life-sized chess, or just play in the cleanest, coolest water on the lake. The water comes right out of the mountains and dumps right at our feet. Great fishing as well in season. We are actually in one of the best areas to fish, right near Little River and Spring Creek! Eat s'mores by the campfire at the beach and watch AMAZING sunsets! Privacy, plenty of room to stretch out, & SO much to do!

This property is also an EVENT VENUE and can host weddings. If you are interested in having an event, please contact us BEFORE booking to discuss fees and details as additional fees do apply for events. We have chairs & tables available for events.

Close to Pirate's Bay (seasonal water park), DeSoto Falls, Cherokee Rock Village, Little River Canyon, Orbix Glassblowing, snow skiing, horseback riding, endless trails, rappelling, caving and ziplining. We are in the ABC triangle meaning we are an hour & a half +/- from the Atlanta, Birmingham, & Chattanooga Airports.

The views are incredible, the crazy 1930 home is so whacky and fun, with its uneven doors and slanted roofs. The new homes are gorgeous and loaded with heavy trim and upscale appointments. Breathtaking views of the lake, mountains and lawns from all units and you can even see how the sunset pours colors into the houses at "golden hour". We also have LOTS of stars, it just gets better & better!

This property consist of a bungalow, two studios about, a two story home , & another studio type property.

The "Imperfect Perfection" home has 2/3 bedrooms, and two bathrooms. “Studio A” is a studio with one full bathroom, “Studio B” is a studio with 1 bedroom and a full bathroom, “Blue with a View” has 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, & the "Stilts" is a studio type home and has 1 living area/king room and an open sleeping loft.


**"Imperfect Perfection"

Common Area: Living Room. Sleeps up to 2: Full Sleeper Sofa. Access to the green/hall bathroom. This area has a door and a lock which can make it possible for a 3rd room if needed.

Bedroom #12: The Yellow Master enSuite. Sleeps up to 2: can either be 1 king bed or 2 twin beds. If neither is requested 7 days before arrival it will be set up as a King bed by default. Private full bathroom with shower.

Bedroom #13: The Green Master enSuite. Sleeps up to 2: can either be 1 king bed or 2 twin beds. If neither is requested 7 days before arrival it will be set up as 2 twin beds by default. Access to guest full bathroom with shower. (There is a door going to the common area & the green master)

**"Studio A"

Common Area/bedroom #14: The King studio. Sleeps up to 4: King bed and queen sleeper sofa. This house is a open concept/studio type home. Access to the full bathroom with shower.

**" Studio B"

Common Area/bedroom #15: The King studio. Sleeps up to 4: King bed and queen sleeper sofa. This house is a open concept/studio type home. Access to the full bathroom with shower.

Bedroom #16: Bunk Room. Sleeps up to 4: 1 Twin bunk bed. Access to full bathroom with shower.

**”Blue with a View”

Bedroom #17: The Master enSuite is on the Main level. Sleeps up to 2: King Bed. Private full bathroom with shower.

Bedroom #18: The Downstairs Master enSuite. Sleeps up to 2: King Bed. Private full bathroom with shower.

Bedroom #19: Twin Bunk room. Sleeps up to 6: 2 bunk beds, 1 trundle, & 1 overhead bed. Access to hall bathroom.

**"Stilts"

Common Area/Bedroom #14: The King studio. Sleeps up to 4: King bed and queen sleeper sofa. This house is a open concept/studio type home. Access to the full bathroom with shower on the main level. The king bed, living area, kitchen, & bathroom are all on the main level. (See pictures).

Bedroom #15: The Double Twin loft is on the upper level. Sleeps up to 2: 2 twin beds. Access to the full bathroom with shower on the main level.


Everything you see on this site is included with property lines all the way to the water. No obstruction of magnificent views of lake and mountain.

THE FOLLOWING ARE DISCLAIMERS:
**New units are continually being added to this resort. If you want the whole property reserved for your group only, you will need to book all of the units that are projected to be completed during your stay.
**We do allow pets; however, there are requirements that must be met. Please discuss with us before booking.
**The lake level does go down a few feet in late fall through early spring and may affect boat launch, dock usage, watersports or lake views.
**The water recreation is a good walk but is accessible by vehicle. We have 5 acres and you can drive right to the dock if desired. Too much to describe, so please see pictures.
**The pool is open from Memorial Day - Labor Day but can be heated in the off season at an additional cost.
**Please note. The front and back porches at the "Imperfect Perfection" home do not have handrails. Neither code nor insurance requires it because its heights. We just like transparency and no surprises. Thanks.

CLEANING FEE DISCLAIMER: We are disenchanted that we have a pass-through cleaning fee so high these days but with everything going on in the country with higher costs and labor shortages, this is our new reality. We understand that when this fee is split by the large groups that is nominal per-person but we want you to know our hearts are that we wish it wasn’t so high regardless of that. It is a very large house to turn over in such a short amount of time and weekend help is extremely hard to find help. We only have 1780 people that live here so we have to be the highest paid to retain the best and they are AWESOME! Conversely, we are pleased to remind you that we have so much included with this property. Unlimited firewood, propane for grill and gas fire pit, all the coffee supplies you need except coffee. All sweeteners, powdered creamer, filters and we have a selection of tea. We have spices and oils galore. You don’t need to bring trash bags or paper goods either. We stock enough for your entire stay, not just a starter amount. Bathroom and facial tissues, paper towels, trash bags, napkins, salt and pepper shakers, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, aluminum foil, assorted sizes of zip lock bags, plastic Saran-type wrap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, bar soap, Q-tips, cotton balls, filled hand soap dispensers throughout, kitchen sponges and Dawn dishwashing liquid. We have first aid kits. We have hospitality boxes with all sorts of things you and your guests may forget. There is a huge list of everything stocked for you if you would like us to send to you. Our guests have told us in reviews that all they need to bring is food and clothes. One last thing on cleaning: If you are going to check out on a weekday, please inquire if there will be a break in this fee. There is no way for us to separate it out so we would be happy to address on a case by case if you initiate. We are so thankful you are considering booking this AMAZING property.
