There was so much space and the location on a quiet street gave us a real feeling of the peaceful Three Rivers outside of the park. The best part was the large family room where we could all spend time together.

Perfect family vacation

This home was perfect for our family of 10, with all the necessary amenities and then some. The scenery is amazing and close to the river. We will definitely be back and would rent this home again.

Gorgeous property with ample space!

We stayed with our family this past weekend and by far it has been the best place we have stayed at. The kitchen was gorgeous, the house immaculate, and the space allowed us to spread out. Would stay here again!

Great place to stay

The house has a lot of room and is very comfortable. Loved the layout of the inside. The only thing I can think of on the negative side is that we needed washcloths. We could not find enough for 8 adults to use. There were only 3 available

Great house wonderful kitchen

Besides the water pressure being nonexistent, everything else was fabulous White water rafting right down the street was fabulous Entrance to Sequoia bottom park at a 30 minute drive Lots of room for a large family to spread out great huge dining table for everybody to eat it together

There is some 95% of Three Rivers residents using well water system, and we are not an exception. Although we had more rains this year than the previous year, still the wells aren't topped off. We do the best we can to accommodate guests.

Plenty of room

We took our adult children and their partners for a trip to the Sequoia's, and the property was in a great location in terms of getting to the park. The furnishings are a little more worn than they appear in the pictures, but there was plenty of room and our family of 9 was very comfortable. The owner was very helpful and easy to correspond with as well. We would be happy to stay there again.

Close to Sequoia National Park

We enjoyed the stay. 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms in the main house. Comfortable living area and kitchen. Only recommendations- jacuzzi listed is a bathtub, no king beds, all queens, we brought our own water for drinking and cooking, internet TV- guests need to use their own providers to watch TV, the patio area was not swept off, tables and chairs outside needed to be wiped down.

Thank you for choosing to stay with us. Our housekeeper keeps the house inside and out spic and span. They take pride in their work each and every cleaning. They blow all the leaves on the deck and off of the patio furniture every single clean. Perhaps there were some wind shook the leaves onto the patio prior to when you came that made a mess. We promote family time together by providing you some card games and a pool table, something to stay away from technology while you are in this remote area, but we certainly consider your feedback about cable TV. We really appreciate your review and advice. Thank you

Not a rental more like being a guest at a friend's house

The house has such a warm ambiance about it. The pantry and all the bathrooms are fully stocked with anything that you might possibly need. There is enough of everything for a large party of guests (we had 12). During our stay there was an electrical outage that affected the whole town, and the owners were quite responsive to our needs and even gave us some credit for the inconvenience. Even with this, it was a very enjoyable stay for everyone

Great house for a group

Nice sized house that can easily accommodate a large group. Clean and comfy. We had 10 adults and were very comfortable. Great location for visiting Sequoia. Has all the usual amenities. The only negative is that there is one regular sized fridge. We brought our own food and had to utilize coolers as we couldn't fit everything into the one fridge. You also have to bring your own water as you're not supposed to drink from the tap. Those were relatively minor inconveniences, and I would stay there again now that I know what to expect.

Odd Requirements

Very spacious house and well equipped kitchen. Several pieces of furniture were broken (drawer faces in kitchen, glass coffee table, jacuzzi, ceiling fan, massage chair). Oddly, the owners requested that you remove your shoes and wear their provided “flip flops” which were clearly previously used. Also, the check-in instructions stated the water was not suitable for drinking. What?!? Lots of wildlife seen during our stay (bears and turkeys).

Low privacy money maker

I think the only truly positive thing I can say about this property is that it has a well-equipped kitchen and it was clean. I had major privacy concerns with this property. There are “security surveillance” cameras installed in very questionable and shady locations. One facing the front door instead of facing the street which could potentially see the inside of the house through the door and through the dining room window which has no sheers or drapery. The camera in the patio balcony is right next to the kitchen and could easily have a clear view of the interior. I blocked the cameras except the one in the carport. Hotels get sued for stuff like this. Most furniture inside is used garage sale furniture from the 90s. Oh, and the pool table, good luck playing with all broken cues. Only half the bulbs in the house actually work and you have to beg for water when taking a shower with ultra low flow shower heads. It takes you a half hour to take a 5 min shower. Also, you are not alone on this property unless you book both the main house and the guest house that are on different vacation rental platforms. Also, the price structure is completely designed to milk every penny out of you. If you have more than 6 people, you get charged per headcount. Not coming back unless some serious improvements are made.

Thank you Rubik for your feedback. We certainly appreciate your time. As indicated on the listing, we use surveillance cameras for security purposes. Believe or not some guests register for a certain amount of people but had more than the number registered. We have rules and regulations from the City that we need to strictly follow. We also do not want guests to party, making loud noise to bother the surrounding neighbors. With that said, the cameras are. ONLY for outside security. The pool sticks have been replaced with new ones by our housekeeper once we received notification from you. We replace the bulbs whenever they go out and we were just there a few days prior with no issues. Please keep in mind that all information are transparent listed on our listing. We again thank you for choosing to stay with us.

Great place for families!

This property was everything we expected and more. My family and I had a great time while staying there. The place offers plenty of rooms and bathrooms and the family room is great! There was a pool table and board games to keep the young ones entertained. Overall a great place to stay at. We are looking forward to visiting again soon.

Spacious house in great area

This is a spacious house, even for large groups. The yard and deck was great, although it was too hot during our stay for us to enjoy it. Very clean and well stocked with all the necessities. The super AC kept the house comfortable during the 100+ degree heat. The only reasons I didn't give 5 stars is because the stairs were tiled instead of carpet and the railing was not secure. 1 of the vertical bars was actually broken and duct-taped together. We had a lot of kids our group and it gave us a lot anxiety during the trip. Also, the dishwasher was rusty (from the water) so we didn't dare use it. The dryer took 3 cycles to properly dry your clothes.

Tyank you Lily for your feedback. Although our home looks modern but we are actually in a remote area where water system is pumped from a well. As indicated in the our house instructions, the water has a bit discoloration but it is perfectly safe for washing and the likes except for drinking. We certainly will have the stair rail looked at and fixed soon. We usually remove lints from the filter to help with drying process, but we'll make sure to inspect the dryer too. Thank you very much.

Great place! Good communication! Just the water thing...

Everything was great! As described. Great communication. Next to river and a short drive to Sequoia. Highly recommend. Only 1 thing keeping it from a 5 star review: the smell of the water was a bit metallic. All in all, great for a trip to Sequoia.

Nice place!

The house is very spacious and comfortable. Near Sequoia National Park. Had temporary power issues every night which were easily fixed after locating the break box outside the front door.

Great place for the weekend

My family decided to rent a place to visit Sequoia National Park, and we decided to stay in this location. The house is huge, and it has everything that you need inside the house. We have all the tools require to cook, and a huge kitchen to prepare the meal for all the family. There is also restaurants, bar, gas stations, coffee places 5 minutes away from there. The only recommendation I will suggest for the visitors is that if you are planning to stay there, I will suggest to stay at least 3 nights, we reserved for two nights and we only have one day to visit the national park because we live 5 hours away from the the Three Rivers.

Great house!

So nice to stay here! Plenty of space for my big family. We couldn't get the television to work but it didn't really matter bc we were in Sequoia NP or playing games together in this wonderful house! Thanks for a great stay in Three Rivers!

We are a group of professionals who love the outdoors and nature. We visit Sequoia National Park very often and happen to love the Three Rivers area. We decided to have a home here to get away from city life as often as we can. We would like to share our wonderful homey treasure with folks out there who are just like us.
