Drive deep into the woods and mountains to a cabin on the North end of Broken Bow Lake. With a boat ramp 3/10 of a mile from the cabin in the McCurtain County Wilderness Area, there's easy lake access and hiking trails to explore the beauty of nature.
Swimming pool open from Memorial Weekend - Labor Day.

The cottage is on a property with 8 cabins. The cottage shares the pool, playground, and pavilion with the other cabins. This cottage has 1 cabin on the East side.

Our home is on the same property as the cottage.

The cottage property is secluded. Located 30 minutes from Hochatown & Beavers Bend State Park. Broken Bow is 32 miles from the cabin.

Nice clean property

Great hiking trails . Gorgeous views loved the cabin. It was clean comfortable beds . My family loved we will definitely return.

Dirty

This place was smaller than presented online. There were crumbs under the couch cushions where the hide-a-way bed was located. There were fresh stains on the mattress pad of the hide-a-way bed. There were old stains on the quilts in the bedrooms. There was an old spill by the recliner that was left from prior occupants. There was porn channel access on the television - thought this was a family friendly place to be. But for us, we stayed one night and cut our trip short by two more nights in misery.

The cabins are thoroughly cleaned and inspected prior to guest check in. If any aspect of the cabin is unsatisfactory, we were on-site and happy to address guest concerns. Our cleaners work very hard and do an outstanding job ensuring the cleanliness. The cabin has DirecTV with some movie channels, not porn. Unfortunately, this guest was upset due to us enforcing the cancellation policy because the kids wanted to do something else in their community.

Getaway from it all

I think this stay was all about expectations. What we wanted was to get far away from most people. This property definitely is far away from most people, but not too far so it’s kind of the perfect mix for nature enthusiast. You are literally steps from the wilderness trails And a few minutes from the boat ramp. These are genuinely cabins in the woods very clean. There is limited cell phone coverage (a bonus if that’s what you’re trying to get away from) Pros - a true getaway, well maintained wilderness type Cabins, well-maintained, swimming pool, hiking and nature, literally at your doorstep, owners were very accessible and very pleasant Cons - you have to make sure you are well packed with groceries and supplies as it is a long commute back to town, limited cell phone coverage This was exactly what we were looking for and it was wonderful. We can’t wait to book our next visit.

Perfect Getaway place for a 4 night 5 day trip

Wood floors no carpet, easy to keep clear no fancy items to worry about breaking, basic items beds, warm heat, hot shower, cable TV, small kitchen with all items needed for breakfast. Woods all around us Beautiful View with a Campfire Ring. Loved It. Would enjoy going back.

Unplug in the wilderness

We didn’t realize how secluded this cabin was when we booked it, but we enjoyed unplugging and having much needed quality family time around the fire and playing games. We can’t wait to come back!

Nice 4th of July stay.

We had a nice time and enjoyed our stay on the property. The host was very helpful and the place was as advertised. This is a good location for children as it has a playground and pool.

Excellent, quiet retreat

Our stay was perfect from beginning to end. The cabin was spotless, the hosts were friendly and attentive, and our family had one of the best getaways we've experienced in ages!! We are already looking forward to it next visit in cabin #7. Thank you so much Angie and crew!!!
