The property can be approached via a 250 metre driveway with far reaching views of The Pyrenees. Through the iron gates It stands proud and slightly elevated, reaching the courtyard which has ample parking for several vehicles.
The farmhouse is on 2 levels, served by 2 staircases. Entrance door to a large split level sitting room with a central wood burning stove. Via a lobby a downstairs bedroom with an adjacent full bathroom. A staircase leads to a bed and seating area which then leads onto the master bedroom and full ensuite. Through the farmhouse kitchen and dining room a second staircase leads to 2 bedrooms , one with king size bed and the other room has two single beds. There is a separate shower room, toilet and hand basin.
Outside space offers fantastic unrestricted views from the pool and terrace area, with large palm trees and giant banana plants, creating a tropical exotic feel to this idyllic tranquil spot. The large 12m x 5m swimming pool is set in a walled sun-trap garden which has ample sun loungers and umbrellas. There is a large rustic feature canopy with seating and dining for 8-10 people, offering adequate shade for those scorching summer days. There is an additional area with gas BBQ. coal BBQ and gas plancha for AL Fresco Dining, music system and seating for 6-10 people on the terrace. A tranquil water feature adds to the relaxing ambience of this area, a great place to meditate. There is a full size Table Tennis Table for use on the sun terrace also our guests can enjoy the games-room and gymnasium equipment. The gym has a standard sized pool table and various gym machines within. Please note that all equipment is used at guests own risk.
