Tidewater is the perfect destination in North Myrtle Beach, SC only minutes to the beach, gates community, golf on site, close to everything, but private enough for a quiet vacation. You must be at least 25 yrs of age or older to rent the property. No Motorcycles, Trailers, RV's permitted on property.

4 double beds, 2 full baths, full kitchen, dining area, living room, screened in porch. Second floor - must take stairs. Enjoy the pool, fitness center and tennis courts.

Great, but lacking the basics

Very comfortable stay at Teal Lake 2323. It would have been nice to have some dish detergent, a few more bars of soap for the bathrooms, and 1 roll of TP per bathroom just isn't enough for more than a 2 day stay for 5 people. The mattresses could use a replacement too. The beds are memory foam, and lack any support in the center. Overall, great stay, but lacking a few basics.

Good but lacking basics

I was told there would be a "starter" kit of things such as a roll of TP in each bathroom, a roll of paper towels, etc. There was absolutely nothing there, no hand soap, no dish soap, no TP, no paper towels, etc. Thankfully we brought our own TP and paper towels and one dishwasher pod, but were unable to clean any pans before leaving. Other than this it wasn't bad and the location and layout of the place was great.

Yes upon arriving and entering the property as I entered the door the first thing I noticed was the carpet was filthy nasty it has stains all over the floor, as I went into the bedrooms , first bedroom pull back the covers, pulled off pillowcases there was bloody pillows,, I went into the kitchen, there was a dirty fryer under the cabinet, the bilingual was was missing. Blinds.. sofa throw pillows had pink Glock on it. So I began was all the sheets, pillowcases, all the dishes, some I put in dishpans and some I wash by hand, wipes down inside and outside of the cabinets, then we saw Roaches start coming out. I called the number that I had. The Rep who was a lady sent someone to clean that one pan and I ask her about the carpet she said someone was going to clean it on Monday, I told her that was unacceptable, because I paid to much money to rent this place for it to have filthy carpet. We stayed 1 night and it was a nightmare. That same Rep ask us to leave and she would give us our money back. I stayed up half the night cleaning unacceptably horrible. I will not rent here again Never. Whoever owns the place should fire the cleaning person or person they are Nasty. For us being in a pandemic it should of been sterilized

It was great!

Close to the beaches and with two pools, this property was great! The screened in deck made it even better. Property management was prompt with responding to any needs or issues. Will definitely be staying here again!

Always enjoy butā€¦

We always enjoy this location and have stayed there twice. our Condo was decent, but could definitely use an upgrade with things like: 1) front porch lighting was useless and so dim you couldnā€™t see the front door to enter the code to get in. 2) the shower head in the hall bathroom didnā€™t work very well And it was very difficult to rinse off 3) there are blood stains on the sheets for both beds in the front bedroom, the lamp and the shower curtain in the front bathroom, obviously someone has been spitting or vomiting blood in this room at some point and it is quite concerning that it was never properly cleaned. I sprayed lysol everywhere and just decided to pray for the best.
