Overall good stay

Check in/front desk staff was great, helpful and friendly. Breakfast bar was amazing with a great variety of foods. Unfortunately on our last night we came back to our room having no A/C. Front desk tried to find us a fan but they didn't have one and didn't have any maintenance staff to help. So we had to try and sleep (which wasn't easy) with no air. Very frustrating for what we paid a night. Staffing was great but had to do lower stars due to the end of our stay.

Good

The stay was almost exactly as listed minus the pool/hot tub not being accurate since they were not in service. My only complaint is we could not connect our phone to the tv to stream but wasn’t a big deal.

I will stay here again

This property has been updated and is very nicely detailed, clean, and beautiful. The staff are responsive and readily available and quite friendly. Also a great hot breakfast in the morning and coffee available throughout the day for hotel guests all at a very reasonable Iwill cost. I

Property was in the process of a total remodel but it was a very nice place, GM and staff were very helpful the property is in a nice quiet part of Madison

Pretty Decent for a Nice Break

It was a nice room with a comfy bed and working technology. The pool and hot-tub was a nice perk; great for relaxing after being out and about. Sometimes there would be no one at the front desk, so communicating with staff was a bit patchy, but decent nonetheless.

Pool

Was very disappointed when we checked in and found out the pool/hot tub was under construction! All of the advertising promoted the beautiful pool/hot tub which was the biggest reason we chose this! Not only was it under construction, but the front desk clerk lied to us about the completion! We were told at check in it would be completed by the next afternoon, when in fact it was nowhere near completion! We should have been told that it wasn’t going to be available and had a chance to change our reservation! Very disappointed!

Sub Par Staybride Suites Room

Be cautious booking this room. We ended up finding a hotel room elsewhere as this room had an odor, was dim, not very clean, outdated, had an outlet coming off the wall and carpet peeling off an edge. Front of the fridge had food stains. The TV did not work and it was an adjouning room with mininimal soundproofing. Not sure how this was rented by a 5 star host as it was not even close to our previous premier host rentals. Property needs updating and for someone to actually care about the cleanliness and appearance.

Nothing worked

This place sounded great on the Leavetown Site. Not so. We arrived to find the elevator out of order and upper floors available. My wife has mobility issues but that didn’t matter. Up and down those stairs THE ENTIRE TRIP (never fixed entire stay). No helpful info at checkin. TV small and only worked if you pressed the channel button 3 times. Phones didn’t work in any room (“we disconnected them”) so up and down stairs to get the secret TV info. Carpets on stairs worn and didn’t look clean. Furniture stained and very dated. Wife went to dry hair next morning (their wall attached dryer) and flames shot out. Back down stairs to be told “yeah that’s happening a lot we don’t know why, here is a plug in dryer. Breakfast ok but scrambled eggs ice cold. We asked for a refund for one of the four nights here from Leavetown but they refused-not their problem.

Madison weekend

Hotel was clean and checkin process was easy. Our flight was delayed and we didn’t make it on the original date of check in. They accommodated with no issues or extra charges and even let us push the check out date one day further. Would recommend.

The property was pretty nice. Hot tub and pool were not useable, which was not told to us ahead of time. The use of the hot tub was one of the key reasons we picked this property, so that was disappointing.

Fun quick trip to Madison

Front desk did their best to put us on a quiet floor away from students in town for a tournament. Breakfast was adequate. Outdoor patio area was full of trash from party the night before; but overlooking that it was a great space for having coffee in the morning. Parking and location are ideal. Disappointed that hot tub was out of service per the health department; no mention of this when we checked in, even when we inquired about the pool.

We was surprised to learn that motels could be advertised and rented out through the Vrbo sight. We were also very happy to find our suit to be very clean, super comfortable and in a good location. we will for sure go back.

What we needed

Needed a place to stay for the night on our road trip and this did the trick! Breakfast was a little disappointing but it was a Monday morning and was sufficient enough! Room was clean and staff was nice!

Great Spot

We were in town for a football game and stayed at this property, which was perfect. It’s location made it easy to get on the highway and avoid traffic when leaving town.
