I’m renting a lovely one-bedroom apartment with an ocean view and beach access just 30 meters away! No road to cross—just a small patch of grass… in a small 14-unit condominium, not a large, noisy complex, at the end of a dead-end street, so no traffic.
The apartment is regularly updated to keep up with current trends, based on your feedback and suggestions
Direct access to the beach (Atlantic side) and fresh seafood—all-you-can-eat oysters!
All shops are nearby and within walking distance (approx. 900 m)
The 28 m² apartment includes a small bedroom that can double as a living room if you leave the new BZ sofa bed (with real bedding) folded up.
The living area is fully equipped, with a large new sofa that can be used as a bed, a washing machine, a dishwasher, an oven, a microwave, a stovetop, and all small appliances (coffee makers, toaster, kettle, etc.), as well as a TV.

Duvets, mattress protectors, throws, and pillows are provided, except during this challenging health crisis, when we prefer that you bring your own mattress protectors
Regarding housekeeping, it is not included in the price; if you’d like us to handle it, the flat fee is €45, to be paid outside the Vrbo platform before checking into the apartment
