This unit has stunning views of the Gulf of Mexico where you can take in the breathtaking sunsets from your spacious, private balcony not to mention you can also enjoy the gulf view from the living & dining rooms and kitchen. This property participates in our Professional Linen Program. SeaBreeze Vacation strives to bring only the best quality experience to our guests. To do so, we provide a professional linen service at this property to better enhance your enjoyment while staying here. This luxury amenity provides you high-quality linens that are in place and ready for your use upon your arrival. These high-quality linens are laundered in a commercial setting that uses only hypoallergenic, perfume & dye-free soaps assuring all of our guests a comfortable stay.

With all SeaBreeze Vacation properties, we think of the little things to make your vacation special. Included to get you started are the following:

Per Kitchen: 2 Rolls of Paper Towels, Hand Soap, Dish Soap, Sponge, Dishwasher Pods (x4), Laundry Detergent Pods (x4), All-Purpose Disinfectant, Microfiber Cloth, 2 Kitchen Towels

We also offer a range of supplemental services including pre-stock grocery shopping and babysitting. Need a pack and play or high chair, etc.? These are available for a small additional fee and will be waiting in the home on your arrival.

perfect location - added amenities were a great bonus (beach chairs, umbrella, sand toys, cart, beach towels & all linens) staff was great when we noticed no extra blankets they brought some by the next day! We will definitely book with SeaBreeze again.

Host was great. Two things- there were multiple light switches that did not work. The other objectionable thing was that the master bath did not have a door. You can close the bedroom door, but....The apartment was clean, had a great view, and was right on the beach.

Awesome view, quiet area. Couple of minor issues with the unit- outlet not working, light bulbs out, toilet running continuously. But the view! Great communication from Seabreeze staff before and after the trip.

Nice place. Not to busy.

Only just one towel and wash cloth per person. Would have been nice to have a couple per person. Over all it was a good place. Would stay there again.

Awesome Stay!

We stayed a week at Sunset Terrace, it was an amazing week. The condo was well maintained and a great size for our group. The view from the balcony was without a doubt the most spectacular we've ever experienced. Also being literally one step from building to the sand of the beach was awesome. Anna Maria Island is beautiful and we can't wait to visit again.

The perfect week

My family of 4 had the best week! We love AMI, this is our 4th year staying at Sunset Terrace. It is right on the beach in a great location, the storage room in the parking area is so helpful!! The property manager was quick to answer any questions we had, they were very friendly and helpful. We can’t wait till next year

Everything went well and we would stay again!!

We loved our stay!! The location was great and the beach was beautiful! The furnishings met all of our needs as a family! Almost everything we needed was provided. However, we would love to have had small conveniences such as maybe sugar packets, salt and pepper and oil. But we loved that there was a good start for laundry and cleaning! Everything went well and we would stay again!

We love our 3rd vacation on AMI

This is our 3rd vacation on AMI and we love it! This condo is a perfect location with beautiful beach and water views. So close you can watch dolphins from the balcony! The rooms are good, master bed very comfortable. All of our stays have been at this condo complex and hope to do it again!

Great place!! Perfect for the beach lover & the non-beach lover. Facility had everything you need & a fantastic view. Very private & minutes away from all the activity you could want. SeaBreeze staff was professional & helpful. Will definitely be booking again.

Great covid get away.

Needs some new furniture, but it was as advertised. We had a great time, rented a golf cart from these folks as well, that was very fun and good transportation around the Island.

This place is amazing, we had a great time with the stunning view from the balcony and the short walk to the beach. The condo has everything you need to make your days easier. I wish I can come back next week. 100% recommended.

We just loved our stay !! Would like to get in the same building next year but definitely would need it on the first level . Do to health issues those 36 steps just about killed me. But overall I'd give you all and the stay a Big 10 ++++++ Thank you for a wonderful time Pam

Overall the place was perfect!!

First time staying here and the property was perfect. Close to beach and very clean. Easy reservation and check out. We left a gratuity on the table when we checked out and Connor actually called me to make sure that we didn't accidentally leave our money when we left. I was very surprised and thought how honest they were to check and make sure that we wanted to leave the money. I have never had anyone ever do that no matter where I have stayed. I would highly recommend this rental agency

SeaBreeze Vacation's was a great company to work with. I would highly recommend them to anyone wishing to vacation on Anna Maria Island. It was very nice to have starter packs of everything. The number of towels and beach towels provided was wonderful. Not having to strip the bed seems like such a small thing, but, it made me quite happy. The only issue we had was with the condo itself. Not having a door on the master bathroom was very off putting. One screen torn, doors would not lock.

I highly recommend this condo and Sea Breeze rentals! The location is wonderful, right on the beach with a balcony overlooking the sand and waves where you can watch the sunset and listen to the sound of the ocean. The condo is spacious and nicely decorated and very comfortable. There is a quiet, heated pool that we enjoyed every day that we were there. It's great for adults and families. Also, the condo is very convenient to grocery stores (Publix, Circle K, and mom and pops) restaurants, bars, smoothie places, and ice cream! Also, I had fun going into all of the great shops that sold everything from souvenirs to upscale clothing. There is a free trolley that runs up and down the island which was great for us because our teenage kids could get around on their own. This was our second visit and we hope to return again when we are ready to relax on the beach!
