A house in the heart of Provence, in Sainte-Beaume, ideal for families

House with land of 700 m2, located at the end of a cul-de-sac of a very quiet housing development, bordered by umbrella pines more than a hundred years old, its large terrace by the pool at the entrance level allows you to enjoy in peace the beautiful evenings and sunny days, the soft light of Provence, the song of the cicadas and a magnificent view of the Sainte Beaume massif. Its spacious living room with a large relaxation room or rest room with bay window allows a pleasant stay. Many activities are possible such as hiking in the Sainte Beaume massif: ascent of Mont Saint Pilon and visit of the cave-basilica of Sainte Marie-Madeleine and the village of Plan d'Aups. Further on, typical villages of Provence are to be visited such as La Cadière d'Azur, Le Vieux Castelet, Gemenos. On the outskirts of the latter, take a walk in the park of St Pons. To get there from Auriol, go through the Col de l'Espigoulier, a magnificent crossing of the Sainte Beaume massif (also done by bike).<br>Many hikes are possible from the pass, take the GRP that passes there to go to the Col de Bertagne following the ridge line. Towards Marseille, take the Gineste road from Cassis to go to Marseille, you will follow the Calanques of Marseille. On foot, during the day, you can cross the creeks from the Calanque d'En Vau to the Calanque de Morgiou or Sugiton via the Col du Deveson and the Grande Candelle. You will follow the coast with its steep cliffs that plunge into the sea. Also visit Cassis which is quiet at this time with its beaches and its port and you can also follow the coast between Cassis and La Ciotat by the Route des Crêtes. And then there is Marseille with a thousand facets to visit..... In Auriol from the house, on foot, you can go to the Sainte Croix chapel just above the slope.
