Surrounded by towering trees and beautiful wildlife, this picturesque chalet, situated on Innsbrook's 7,500 acres of bountiful property, has all the trappings of a perfect vacation getaway. Set steps away from the water's edge of Lake Teal, this recently updated oasis boasts two bedrooms and two full bathrooms spread out over two stories, with the main floor's open floor plan design dedicated to providing a sense of comfort and tranquility.

The primary bedroom is set on the main level, complete with a queen size bed, while the second bedroom is located upstairs off of the loft, containing one full bed and one set of bunk beds. Optional air mattress to provide the extra bed for guests 7 & 8.

The spacious living area on the main floor features a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area for the whole family, a fireplace, and floor to ceiling windows. Sliding glass doors offer access to the expansive outdoor deck that features a private hot tub, BBQ grill, cozy fire pit, and ample seating areas for maximum comfort.

Located in the heart of Innsbrook, Lake Teal's relaxing waters are ideal for kayaking, paddle boarding, fishing, and swimming. With a short path leading down to the private dock, guests can lounge in the sun or take a dip in the clear water. The property's convenient location places you moments away from Lake Aspen, multiple beaches surrounding the "big lake", access to some of Innsbrook's most attractive hiking trails, the newly renovated 18-hole championship golf course, and The Clubhouse Bar & Grille which is host to many live entertainment events.
