The lower ground floor has one large double bedroom with an additional double sofa bed, large TV room with double sofa bed, utility room and generously proportioned bathroom. The ground floor holds one large reception room, with a double sofa bed, kitchen, and dining room. The1st floor holds 2 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, some with views of the sea; the 2nd floor holds one bedroom with 2 single beds. Recently redecorated and fitted with new appliances.
The property is perfect for multiple large family groups, with patio and BBQ area as well as a spacious garden. It is perfect for families with children, well stocked with DVD's and games and just a few minutes walk to the beach. Well-behaved pets can be accommodated providing they remain in lower ground and ground floors.
Located on a quiet but central street, it is minutes walk from a large range of restaurants, bars and shops, plus many additional activities from water-sports to music and entertainment. There are year-round festivals, from the famous folk festival in the summer to the increasingly popular food fairs during winter months.
Garage space is available for storage of bikes, surf boards, wetsuits , kayaks, fishing tackle and beach paraphernalia.
