Single storey: lounge/living room with sofa bed (140x190) and open kitchen, 1 bedroom (1 bed 140x190 and 1 bed 90x190), shower room/wc.
Equipment: refrigerator with freezer compartment, Wi-Fi access, complete baby equipment (2 travel cots, 2 high chairs, bathtub), tumble dryer shared with the owners.
Included: sheets (beds made on arrival), bathroom/household linen and electric heating.
Not included: tourist tax. Optional cleaning package, but mandatory for professional customers (€70).
Only small pets accepted (€15/night - €100 deposit).

Nantes ring road, exit at Porte de Bouguenais (52) towards St Brévin. Take the D723. Drive about 17 km and after the rd point (end of 2 lanes), continue for 1 km and at a place called La Croix Verte, take the C6 (1st on the right), road leading to the village of Launay at 800 m. At the crossroads, 1st house on the left.
