Great property. Very clean and owners responsive. Everything you need for a nice family visit. They even had a Weber grill and charcoal. Easy in and out with close access to main roads and convenances. Excellent value. Highly recommend.

Spent weekend visiting family in the area, & this property was the perfect location. Host was very accommodating in letting us check in a bit early & easy to communicate with. Rental was very clean & had everything we needed for our weekend stay. Will definitely book again!

Clean and well appointed

We were staying here in lieu of a hotel for Thanksgiving to visit family. The property was clean and comfortable. The musician theme resonated with my teenager while i appreciated good WiFi to check work and nice quality cookware and appliances. I didnā€™t read the directions for the door correctly and the host was quick to help out.

Great stay!

Very easy to get to, extremely convenient location! The beds and pillows were top-notch. I donā€™t know that I have ever had a better nightā€™s sleep away from home! We were unable to park in the driveway or garage because of work being done, so that was the only disappointing thing ā€“ but I believe the city was doing some work so nothing to be done about that. Overall a great experience.

Absolutely wonderful

Extremely clean and everything you could ask for. We needed to iron our suits and they had a top notch iron. They also had primo wooden monopoly and scrabble games. Very impressive. The only slight negative was the no shoeā€™s policy. That hurt my feet.

Comfortable stay!

Stayed here for a weekend with my husband and son (23 mos). Everything was very comfortable and clean! Enjoyed having access to back yard with patio. Location very convenient to get anywhere in Green Bay.

Quiet and Easy Location!

We stayed here with my siblings and their kids for a family reunion in Suamico. The location was perfect for getting around quick, and being close to Uncle Mikeā€™s made it just perfect. The place was beautiful and clean (which is important when thereā€™s a baby <1 scooting around) and the rooms themselves were quiet! We couldnā€™t hear a peep from the kids! Thank you for letting us gather at your great place!

This is our third year coming to this property for a board game weekend. Perfectly suits our needs. Beds are comfy and all kitchen amenities you could need are provided. Very clean and comfortable.

Hi, my name is Jon, but most people call me Rick. It's a long story so I won't bore you with the details. I spent my career in real estate and my wife Renee is a school teacher in the Howard Suamico school district nearby. I've been doing the hosting thing for many years now. I currently have six short term rentals all in the same location. It's become sort of a full time thing because so much effort is given to maintaining these places to assure our guests end up with a comfortable and satisfying stays.
We enjoy traveling and have recently been to Scandanavia and Eastern Europe. Renee's family has a beautiful home in northern Wisconsin near the Eagle River area. So, we get up there often with our kayaks. Lastly, I have to throw Daisy Duke, my first mate English Springer Spaniel into my description. Double D spends a lot fo time with me. We rescued her from our local animal shelter. She's a good pooch. I have a daughter who lives in Townsend, Montana which is near Bozeman and also another daughter who lives in Sturgeon Bay. Both of them have VRBO properties where they live.
Renee and I would love to host you on your next trip to the Green Bay area.

The location of this property is perfect for guests who want sort of a central location to everything. It's located less than a mile away from Interstate 43 which serves as part of our beltline around Green Bay. We have made these units very nice. I guess the difference with our properties is that we made a choice to always keep them up to date. Pillows and bedding are changed and refreshed often. I understand the charm of renting a place that has a collection of old and new kitchenware and furnishings. But we decided to keep everything on the newer side. We have strived to find a happy medium between providing a cozy place with also the ability to keep it super clean. So there isn't a lot of clutter and everything is easily wiped down and sanitized after every stay. Our kitchens are well stocked. If you choose to stay in and make a great dinner, you should be able to find everything you need. If you can't find it, just let us know and we'll get it to you.
We've put so much into these units and I can comfortably say they are the perfect place to stay in Green Bay.

We didn't skimp on the beds. They are super comfortable with Sealy mattresses and lots of pillows. All our properties have updated furnaces and AC units. You'll stay warm in the winter and cool in the summer.
Our main focus these days it to provide our guests with a super clean yet comfortable experience. I promise you won't be disappointed. Please read our reviews.
