Designer influenced style and features adding additional bedding and extra amenities for our guests.

Experience Downtown Ocean City at its finest in this 3 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom steps to the boardwalk, beach, bay, and lots of local entertainment. Enjoy views of the ocean, bay, rides, cityscape, and so much of the exciting experiences nearby in walking distance. Enjoy spacious coastal living at the great entertaining home.

Entire townhome is included with this rental. Please make yourself at home. A code is given for you to access the smart lock at front door and garage entrance door.

I`m here for you during your stay, but our level of interaction is up to you. I`m only a phone call/message away. You`ll be able to check yourself in upon arrival with a code that accesses the front door and entrance door to the garage.

There`s a local bus service that runs 24/7. The bus stop is across the street from the townhouse. Uber is a poplar option for getting around town. We provide 4 cruiser style bikes for your enjoyment, and use around town. There`s local bike rental shops nearby in walking distance.

Please remember that you`re staying in a townhouse, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise or something isn`t working properly, we`ll do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7.

GUEST LINENS & TOWELS PROVIDED:
Guests are provided our premium linens as part of your stay at no additional cost! Includes bed comforters, fitted sheets, top sheets, and 4 sleeping pillow cases for our Full, Queen, & King Beds (2 Sleep Pillows for twin beds) Comforters are provided. We also provide 2 bath towels, 1 hand towel. 1 wash cloth per guest.

***The PRIMARY GUEST must be at least 21 years of age to rent any of our properties and no one will be given the keys or access code to a property that is under the age of 21.

Guest service agreement is generated and sent after booking with additional details about your stay. 48 hour free cancellation policy after booking unless it is less than 2 weeks prior for review of our rental agreement.

PET FRIENDLY PROPERTY POLICY:
This is a pet friendly property. There is a non refundable fee of $150 for each pet registered to stay during your reservation. The pet fee is not a cleaning fee as guests are required to clean ANY mess from their registered pet. Damage insurance does not cover pet damage and guest is responsible for any extra cleaning, damage or issue caused by the registered pet. Failure to register your pet is a violation of our house rules and subject to termination of the reservation without refund.

Groups, events, family gatherings, bridal groups are welcome as long as the max occupancy is not exceeded, no parties, or disruption to neighbors and residents. We want you to enjoy yourself and at the same time respecting the property and neighbors and residents.

A lovely stay

Our crew had an excellent time here! The BNB was beautiful, clean, centrally located, and had extra comforts that made our time in Ocean City even more special. The host was easy to get ahold of and communicate with. We Would love to return to this property in the future!

Great stay

The house is in walking distance to beach, and close to restaurants and parks. We enjoyed our stay, walking or biking on the board walk. Michael is responsive to our questions. The house is very clean and have all the supplies you might need. Highly recommend and will come back.

Family Vacation

This is our second time staying at The Isabella and it did not disappoint! This is by far the nicest place weā€™ve ever stayed at, and weā€™ve stayed at a lot of summer rentals. This home has everything that youā€™d ever need and more! We only had to bring clothes and beach towels. All shampoo, conditioners body wash etc was provided. Excellent rental and would recommend 110%!!

Great Family Stay

The property was exactly as described. We had a great stay and it easily accommodated all 10 of us. The boardwalk and beach are very close and was a very easy walk. The only negative during our stay was not having total control of the thermostat. It seemed like there were defaults and the temperature fluctuated a lot. Overall, this place is fantastic!!!

Excellent Property

Property was exactly as it appeared in advertisement. Perfect location to boardwalk and beach. Busy street so watch little ones when outside. Beds were comfortable, Bathrooms already had soaps, Shampoo and Hairdryer. Kitchen was stocked with all cookware needed. Hosts were extremely responsive for every question we had. Highly recommend this property and hope to book again!!

Close to everything

This was perfect as this was last minute vacation for our family with college age kids The property was very clean, well kept and comfortable. It is in the center of town which makes it nice to walk anywhere including the boardwalk the draw back is the noise from being so close to the street. I would highly recommend this property for any family with children of all ages The other plus was beach chairs were provided . These were available and stored very nicely in the garage.

Perfect Get-Away

Booked this as a semi-last minute get away for the end of summer break. 5 adults and 2 kids ages 4 and 8. Home was perfect. Plenty of space for everyone. Location was ideal. 1 block from the beach/boardwalk. Close enough to enjoy, but away from the noise/lights. House was equipped with everything needed for beach enjoyment as well as perks like bikes and golf clubs. Kids enjoyed the game room and honed their PacMan skills. Michael was attentive and responded immediately to inquiries. Already looking for a week that works for the group to return next summer!

Family Vacation

The unit was absolutely beautiful! Even better than the pictures. It had everything you needed and more, most rentals donā€™t provide basic things like shampoo, conditioner, body wash, dish detergent, dishwashing pods. There was even coffee pods and coffee grounds for the duel Keurig. Linens and towels. Best rental weā€™ve ever had! They thought of absolutely everything and we will definitely be returning. The small issue with a cord being shredded to the gaming table was fixed in a very timely fashion and when we sent an email with the issue Michael Nolan replied back very promptly. Thank you for everything.

Perfect location

Weather was horrible which changed our plans but the property was perfectly located. Easy to access very quiet particularly being so close to boardwalk. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to families! Very accommodating for us with a 15 month old and lots of space for kids to hang out and play.

Fantastic

What a great property !!!! Location was excellent & having a garage was a nice plus ! Cart to use to the beach & 4 bikes to ride on the boardwalk, we had so much fun. Nice to have the porches in the evening . Property was so clean & had every single item available ! i would recommend ---- walkable to boardwalk & try the Spanish wine bar on 1st & Bay --- breathtaking views !!!

House Full of Amenities

My family enjoyed our stay at this home. The highlights were the beach chairs and the bikes that were provided! Although it seemed to be a prime location the home was quiet ā€¦. and clean.

FANTASTIC CONDO

It is a family tradition to stay in Ocean City. This year we were only able to stay for a few days, but it was an amazing trip. We were super impressed with the condo. With four floors, it gave each family the space they needed. Plus, the fourth floor bedroom/office was especially good for my son who had to work for one of the days. When we return next year, we will definitely stay at this condo. You would love it. Karen Collins

Short getaway

Everything was wonderful. From bikes to shampoo everything was supplied. Home was beautifully decorated and spacious. Different floors allowed for privacy for all. Large open living area was great for all to get together and eat or play games. Spacious balconies with ample seating. Perfect location, can walk yo everything

What you see is EXACTLY what you get

This property is amazingly beautiful and accommodated my family very well. It is EXACTLY what you see in the pictures and read in the description. The host, Michael, was very accomodating and easy to get in touch with (if needed). I would certainly return to this property on a future trip.

Great beach vacation for our family

This house was great! Close to the beach and boardwalk with nice views of the water and Ferris wheel in the evening. Michael was also very accommodating and helpful throughout our visit.
